Quelle soirée formidable! Le restaurant h3, c'est plus que de la bouffe. C'est une expérience culinaire renouvelée (nouveau menu découverte notamment pour l'huître pochée & l'incomparable filet mignon IPE) jumelée à une équipe formidable (Laurie, toujours aussi attentionnée, Amélie, sommelière & conseillère avant tout, & la visite suprise du Sous-chef exécutif Chen en fin de repas). À découvrir ou y revenir (pour nous, c'est un rendez-vous!).

Excellente soirée pour l'anniversaire de notre ami. Nous avons eu le privilège de prendre le dessert dans le cellier, WoW ! Tout les employés étaient à l'écoute & très gentils ! Une petite suggestion:
peut-être avoir du pain, olives ou autres pour se mettre sous la dent en patientant pour notre repas... pour le reste, tout était parfait ! Merci :

Une nouvelle magnifique soirée au H3 ! Le service était comme d'habitude incroyable: Laurie, Leslie, Amélie vous nous avez fait passer une soirée magnifique avec un dessert dans la cave à vin accompagnée d'un Samos Solera que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier. Merci pour tout !

En general super belle expérience. La nourriture était très bonne. Les portions sons bons & il y a des différents saveurs. Les gens sont gentiles mais il y a eu quelques moments où on se sentait un peu oubliés.

Bon service, accueil courtois, mais si vous cherchez un menu équilibré, ce n'est pas ici que vous le trouverez. il semblerait que les légumes soient une espèce en voie de disparition dans ce lieu. Leur seule idée d'une entrée végétarienne, c'est quelques pistaches perdues dans un océan de fromage crème. & si vous avez encore faim après cette avalanche de calories, ne vous inquiétez pas, le plat principal végétarien est au rendez-vous : tomate-fromage, pour bien rester dans le thème !

Blague à part, que vous soyez végétarien ou non, si vous êtes un amateur de légumes & de plats équilibrés, je vous conseille de chercher ailleurs. En revanche, si vous êtes un inconditionnel de protéines animales & de fromage, & que votre santé vous préoccupe peu, c'est un lieu adéquat.

I will try to describe the names of our plates because I don’t remember names. The food was delicious! Pasta with mushrooms & ricotta & ravioli with beef. Dessert was gorgeous creme brûlée! We love this place! Super lovely & prefect for the romantic dinner!

Sunday Brunch on 9/3 our last day of 5 night stay at Humaniti & the preparation, presentation & taste of the Eggs Benedict with shrimp & Tartine platters were top notch. The manager on duty was very attentive to all the patrons & supported the friendly & professional wait staff. We also had dinner here our 1st night & service & food was also superb. Consistency is the reason I will book Humaniti & reserve Restaurant H3 again during another visit to Montreal in October.
