Rien à redire, tout était parfait ! Un service impeccable, des plats savoureux & une expérience culinaire à 100 % réussie. Un grand merci à Thomas pour ses explications détaillées qui ont sublimé chaque assiette, ainsi qu'aux deux serveuses qui ont pris grand soin de nous tout au long du repas. & bien sûr, un immense bravo au chef pour ses véritables oeuvres d'art culinaires - tout était absolument délicieux. Je vous recommande sans hésitation !

We love staying at the Humaniti Hotel for getaway weekends & the highlight of our stay is having breakfast there. The weekend staff are so attentive & remember us when we visit. The food is amazing! The high quality of all the ingredients is obvious. This is the best hotel restaurant in Montreal.

Marika is always very friendly, accommodating & welcoming. We love coming here for the bottomless mimosas. The food is top quality & one of our favourite brunches in the city. :)

Très belle découverte, nous avons testé avec mon conjoint le menu dégustation 7 services. Un vrai délice avec des explications intéressantes & détaillées de la part de la serveuse. Je vous recommande les explications de la sommelière sur les accords un vrai bonheur.
