One of the best tasting menus we've ever had! Far exceeded our expectations, we have had meals at Michelin star restaurants that paled in comparison. The confit salmon was to die for, I am sad to think that I will never have that dish again. Could not ask for a better meal at this price! I highly recommend everyone take advantage of the tasting menus for the Montreal en Lumiere festival gastronomique.

Restaurant avec une décoration élégante, de la musique agréable qui ne couvre pas la conversation. Notre visite coïncidait avec l'anniversaire de mon amie & elle a reçu un sac surprise à la fin du repas, une délicate attention. La nourriture était délicieuse. Personnel courtois & discret.
Excellente expérience au Restaurant H3 ! La nourriture est savoureuse & parfaitement exécutée, chaque bouchée est un vrai plaisir. Le service est attentionné & professionnel, & le décor est tout simplement magnifique. Une adresse à découvrir & à revisiter sans hésiter !

Des saveurs, c'est copieux, la carte des vins est ouf ! La deco & l'ambiance du resto est splendide.

Belle place sur le bord de la fenêtre , ambiance feutrée .
Le repas était délicieux , digne des grandes tables & très copieux pour le prix . Cocktails très bon & bien présenté . Accord vins était à notre goût trop dispendieux on a pas vraiment aimé notre dernier verre au dessert ..le service était très bon & amical . Combiné à une nuitée au Marriott , ca vous fait un super séjour proche du centre-ville , boutiques & du vieux Montréal . On recommande .

An excellent experience overall. The restaurant has a modern yet warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease, paired with genuinely attentive service. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, all of which are very enjoyable & thoughtfully prepared. The wine list is impressive, & finishing the evening by choosing three desserts in the cellar is a lovely touch. Many thanks to the entire team for a wonderful night.
Overall a good experience?The space is calm & comfortable without feeling too formal. The food is clean & well-executed, with consistent seasoning & cooking. Service is easygoing & not intrusive, & the pacing works well. Fair value for the quality, I would consider coming back.

Nous avons soupé au restaurant H3 à Montréal & avons passé un excellent moment.
Le lieu est calme, accueillant & cosy, parfait pour une soirée agréable.
La cuisine est raffinée, excellente & copieuse. Nous avons choisi le menu découverte à 75 $, une très belle façon de découvrir l'ensemble de la cuisine proposée par le restaurant. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, avec des portions généreuses & des plats savoureux.
Le service était impeccable : des serveurs disponibles, à l'écoute & attentionnés.
Sincèrement les meilleurs plats de ma vie. Tout simplement incroyable! Je recommande fortement la soupe au champignons, le boeuf wagyu, le saumon, la risotto & la panacota!
Nous sommes allés le 1er janvier pour le déjeuner. Vraiment super bon. Le service est bon (pas extraordinaire, mais très bien tout de même). Les déjeuners sont excellents!
Les débuts étaient moins bons car notre serveur nous avait quasi abandonné, alors on a demandé une autre qui a été magnifique, elle a très bien rattraper l'erreur de l'autre. Dû coup on étaient ravie.
