Merci beaucoup à notre serveur, Ésaü, & à toute l'équipe du H3! Nous avons passé une excellente soirées le jeudi 30 juillet 2026, & avons mangé comme des rois! Le service était impec, & la nourriture, irréprochable. Merci pour cette belle soirée!

Here is my review about this place.

Decoration 9/10 the Decoration is nice modern, with a touch of high end. But there was chairs & table that needs repairs.

Ambiance 9/10 it was during the beginning of the week so I imagine it gets better during Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. A lot of space good for family, dates & birthday so as business meeting.

Service 10/10 the service was amazing & waiter, barmaid was very polite & suggest me good mucktails since I don't drink & my friend loved her drinks.

Food 10/10 the food was very good better then I expected. Well prepare, tasty & nice presentation. Not to expensive.

Cleanest 9/10 it was clean in the restaurant, tables were ok. Bathrooms needs a bit of maintenance.

I would definitely get the tasting menu as one gets to taste many dishes & they're all delicious. Just make sure you have the appetite to eat it all! The service was great; not to full for a Friday night & the decor was nice too. I'd definitely go back & you should check it out too.

Total trainwreck. I dined here multiple times for breakfast while staying at the hotel & each day it was very clear there is understaffing at H3 as the wait times for food & turning tables is unnecessarily long. Though the staff are very kind, it's clear that they are not set up for success leading to a stressful & unpleasant dining experience. Expect to wait a long time & feel pulled into the chaos of the situation.

I love this place! We sat at the bar, & our bartender was wonderful! They helped us choose the wine, & we're super kind & attentive & talking to us the whole time. After reading some of the comments of people saying that it's too expensive or the dishes are small, I completely have the opposite opinion. The prices for me were perfect for what you get & the quality you get. Sometimes people don't realize that you can get this food at other places, but the quality is so bad for the same price. This was one of my favourite places. I'll definitely be back! Everything was super yummy super affordable! I definitely believe that if you can't afford to be out in Montreal, then you shouldn't go out to eat 🤍 thanks H3!

Excellente surprise au niveau culinaire. Tout était apprêté & présenté avec attention. Le jeune serveur connaissait bien les plats & nous a donné un excellent service. Nous avions réservé tôt alors l'endroit était assez tranquille au début mais c'est rempli au fil du temps. Nous avons essayé le menu dégustation de 11 plats. Excellent rapport qualité prix, prix, portions.
