Cocktails & plats absolument délicieux. Service hyper attentionné & professionnel mais BEAUCOUP trop précipité. Mon cocktail est encore à moitié & on m'apporte mon verre de vin pour accompagner le repas principal alors que j'entame à peine l'entrée. Je reviendrai assurément parce que globalement, l'expérience fut très agréable. Très humble suggestion: laissez le temps aux gens d'apprécier vos succulentes offrandes...
This place has been amazing from the start to the very end, the culinary experience was amazing, my soul was filled with very flavor & good food. Ordered the 7 course tasting menu & it was just phenomenal. Everything was so good & perfect that the only thing I was able to criticize was they filled up my water cup before my partner's cup. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good culinary experience & you do get your moneys worth.
Cette expérience m'a vraiment rendue triste pour mon anniversaire. Ils ont trop cuit la queue de homard (caoutchouteux ) & l'entre côte qui était medium-bien cuit alors que j'avais demandé saignant... Ils l'ont refait, mais cela a fait en sorte que mon ami mange seul pendant que je le regarde parce que son assiette était correcte & je devais attendre 15 min pour la mienne en raison de la cuisson. J'ai dû ensuite manger seule mon repas de fête & j'avais déjà fini mon verre de vin qui allait avec tout le repas 😭 Ce qui était le plus triste est que j'ai une mauvaise expérience chaque année pour mon anniversaire & je croyais m'en sauver pour cette année, mais non 😢 Ils ne m'ont pas dédommagée même si c'était pour ma fête & que j'ai dû manger seule au final mon repas d'anniversaire & qu'on était 6 dans le resto & qu'on était les seuls pendant 30min au début, donc ils avaient amplement le temps de traiter nos commandes aux petits oignons. À la place, ils les ont raté & chargé le full price... Le serveur était compétent, c'était la cuisine qui a trop cuit le homard & l'entre côte. Le maître d'hôtel aurait dû offrir compensation. Tout cela pour dire que cette expérience a rajouté à mon lot de déceptions concernant ma fête & ça m'a vraiment rendue triste 😭😭😭😭
Nous sommes venus pour hasard pour boire un cocktail. Quelle belle surprise ce fut! Un des meilleurs margaritas que nous avons bu! Nous nous sommes également partagés 3 plats; une belle cuisine raffinée qui se déguste aussi avec les yeux. Le service est impeccable. Le personnel est très attentionné. C'est un coup de coeur, nous reviendrons quand nous serons de passage à Montréal.
Amazing food, service & atmosphere at a relatively affordable price for a fine dining restaurant. I recommend the 5-service dinner & one wine pairing for two if you are not a heavy drinker. You will not be disappointed.
Expérience incroyable Pour avoir faut de nombreux resto de cette qualité je vous conseille fortement celui ci. Un grand choix de vin 6000 bouteilles disponibles. On a même eu le droit à une visite de la cave c'était génial. Merci le H3
Food was delicious! Loved the integration of Quebec's terroir elements in each plates. Service was on point, but it was for a business lunch on a Monday & the restaurant was empty.
There is room for improvement on the menu. We had the five-course meal. The first course featured overcooked & dried-out tuna. The lobster was good, but the pasta was too salty. The tuna in the main course was chewy, & while the corn tasted good, it could only be eaten with your hands. The dessert was the best course. The staff were mostly friendly & welcoming, & the wine selection was quite good!
Quel bel endroit, moderne, chaleureux!!! On s'y sent bien dès l'entrée car tous les employés côtoyés étaient si gentils & agréables. Les plats raffinés & délicieux !! Un merci tout spécial à notre serveur à la personnalité attachante (mais dont le nom m'échappe). Merciiiii !!!

the tasting menu was amazing. I was skeptical when i was the first one at the restaurant but i guess we eat dinner early. some of the dishes were truly one of the best i've ever had. the price is so reasonable as well. i suggest doing the 7 course. for me it was plenty of food
Décidément excellent! Un oasis au centre-ville. J'y étais le midi en pleine canicule il faut dire! Beau menu & original. J'aime le rapport qualité prix. J'y retournerai volontiers. Merci.
We went for the 5 course tasting menu & was very impressed with the quality & taste of the food. Very good choice of food with dessert being the best of all. Service was quick but not rushed. Walkable distance to many downtown hotels.
