Bonne nourriture, mais la viande (blanc de poulet) était un peu sèche & le prix était cher en proportion de quantité de nourriture. De plus, comme il y avait une fête au lounge à côté, la musique était un peu trop forte & j'avais de la difficulté à entendre les personnes avec qui je parlais.
We had Xmas brunch last Xmas & had an amazing experience so we returned this year. Unfortunately it didn't meet expectation. The wait staff appeared disinterested & the steak I had with my eggs was extremely rough. Looking for a new experience for next Xmas unfortunately.
Excellent ! Chaque plat était un voyage gustatif, avec des saveurs parfaitement équilibrées & une créativité remarquable. L'accord mets-vins était très intéressant, mettant en valeur les subtilités de chaque plat. Le service était courtois. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de gastronomie & de belles découvertes oenologiques. Un grand bravo au chef & à toute l'équipe ! Bonne continuation !
Excellent restaurant! Notre 4e fois & on compte bien y retourner. Siège hyper confortable, table bien distancées, service chaleureux/imppecable, puis la nourriture est délicieuse & visuellement magnifique. Beaucoup d'importation du Japon & de la France, de belles découvertes. Je recommande le 5 services:)
Wife & myself ate here the weekend before Xmas on a weekend trip to Montreal. We had the 5 course tasting & she had the paired wine. My wife said the Sommelier crushed it with her choices. My favorite dishes were the Wagyu & the tagliatelle. They were awesome! The condiments dish was very interesting with some hits & some misses. ( this is most likely personal preferences but the overall concept of dish #1 was good- the Chinese artichoke was the star of that plate). dessert was good but not great. Atmosphere was nice & staff very friendly. The value for money is exceptional especially if you're American. Definitely would go again on our next trip up.
Excellent place. Service was attentive but not intrusive, the menu selections for lunch were good, though a few more options wouldn't be unwelcomed. The quality of the food was excellent. I would rate the food quality 5 & overall 4.5 (due solely to the adequate but limited options) if google allowed me to. The wine suggestions were spot on. Overall highly recommend.

J'ai eu la chance de visiter le restaurant H3 il y a plus d'un an pour célébrer l'anniversaire de mon fiancé, & je prends enfin le temps de laisser un commentaire. Ce fut une expérience mémorable ! Nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation avec l'accompagnement de vin, & chaque plat était un véritable voyage culinaire, pensé dans les moindres détails. L'équipe a aussi rendu la soirée encore plus spéciale en marquant l'anniversaire de mon fiancé avec une belle attention : une visite privée de leur cellier. Ce geste chaleureux a vraiment ajouté une touche unique à cette soirée déjà exceptionnelle. Merci au restaurant H3 pour ce moment parfait. Je recommande à 100 % & espère pouvoir revenir bientôt !
Tres belle expérience culinaire chez H3. Nous avions réservé pour le lounge par erreur & ils ont été capables de nous accommoder au resto malgré qu'il restait peu de places. Vraiment génial! MErci ! Service attentionné & impeccable. Belle soirée avec notre groupe. Ambiance un peu bruyante mais c'était quand même bien.

Une excellente soirée avec des plats de qualité & un service irréprochable. L'entrée au pétoncle, accompagnée de pain grillé, était bien préparée, mais la présentation a prêté à confusion : le gros sel sous le coquillage ressemblait à du riz dans la lumière tamisée, ce qui a surpris plusieurs convives. Le plat principal, un poisson parfaitement cuit & accompagné de légumes savoureux, a fait l'unanimité, tandis que le dessert au chocolat, bien équilibré & raffiné, a clôturé le repas de manière exquise. Le service était rapide & attentif, ce qui est impressionnant pour un groupe de 40 personnes. Une belle expérience malgré quelques ajustements nécessaires sur la présentation des plats.
We tried the 5-course tasting menu which was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We also included the basic wine pairing which worked really well & was a great discovery. Highly-recommend the restaurant.
