Food was okay, but no wow factor.
Have eaten at ile flottante & boullion bilk & wanted to try a new tasting menu & wine pairing at a different restaurant & we were not extremely impressed. Food was good, cooked well, but had no outstanding factor to it. The wine pairing was very basic to the food.
The service was okay, again nothing outstanding to it. There was one course our wine was poured for the next plate & it didnt arrive for about 15 minutes.
One great thing about the restaurant was the valet parking, which was difficult to find but is free with a bill of 100$ & more.
Wouldnt go back for another experience for the price paid.

En plein coeur de Montreal, joli restaurant, belle ambiance, service de qualité, excellente cuisine, dommage que la partie dessert ne soit pas à la hauteur. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Rien à redire, tout était parfait ! Un service impeccable, des plats savoureux & une expérience culinaire à 100 % réussie. Un grand merci à Thomas pour ses explications détaillées qui ont sublimé chaque assiette, ainsi qu'aux deux serveuses qui ont pris grand soin de nous tout au long du repas. & bien sûr, un immense bravo au chef pour ses véritables oeuvres d'art culinaires - tout était absolument délicieux. Je vous recommande sans hésitation !

Expérience plus que parfaite lors d'un souper en amoureux. Le service etait 100/10, la nourriture était délicieuse, & l'ambiance était superbe. J'y retournerais sans aucun doute! Merci à la sommelière & à Maxime!

We love staying at the Humaniti Hotel for getaway weekends & the highlight of our stay is having breakfast there. The weekend staff are so attentive & remember us when we visit. The food is amazing! The high quality of all the ingredients is obvious. This is the best hotel restaurant in Montreal.

Bonne nourriture, mais la viande (blanc de poulet) était un peu sèche & le prix était cher en proportion de quantité de nourriture. De plus, comme il y avait une fête au lounge à côté, la musique était un peu trop forte & j'avais de la difficulté à entendre les personnes avec qui je parlais.

We had Xmas brunch last Xmas & had an amazing experience so we returned this year. Unfortunately it didn't meet expectation. The wait staff appeared disinterested & the steak I had with my eggs was extremely rough. Looking for a new experience for next Xmas unfortunately.
