chinese(14) soup(11) fried(10) dishes(8) beef(8) riz frit(6) chinatown(6) tasty(5) fresh(5) pork(5) rice(5) noodles(5)Really good food! Tea is included in your supper order :) beef black bean was delicious! If you're very sensitive to spicy food like me, it does have a spicy edge. The duck was also very good !
Was open late somehow, had the boeuf à l'orange, an eggplant dish & fried rice, all excellent & really hit the spot. Very nice staff, welcoming & accomodating. The place is good, doesn't deserve bad reviews IMHO.
Service was good. They have clay pot dishes. What's left in the clay pot, pour a cup of hot water & make rice soup. The fried bitter gourd still have the bitter taste. Some may like the fried bitter gourd. I just never like the bitterness.
A good Cantonese chef is definitely not afraid of fire. Very good at making the "beef fried with ho-fen ". Suggestion: Invite your cantonese friend to access the best parts of their extensive menu.
-Girl waitress was in a hurry -beer is 9$(cheaper to buy in most nightclubs) +dumplings are actually fire
Probably the best Chinese restaurant I've eaten at across Europe, Australia, & North America!
This place has a special place in my heart it has comforting food that brings me back to my childhood
Excellente cuisine authentique & à des prix raisonnables. Plats copieux & délicieux. Service attentif & avec gentillesse.
Food so so. Had better elsewhere... Service quick. Portions average (definitely not generous). Atmosphere noisy & congested. Dinner for 7 costs total: $210. Tips decided by owner, non-negotiable.
We randomly stopped at this place with the children as we were hungry & they seemed to have alot of meal options. They definitely do, probably more then 50 & they have alot of vegetarian options as well. The service was quick, they bring you a little tea kettle from the start, & your food is ready in a matter of 10 minutes. The kids loved it because, well, noodles... but it was a little too much drowning in oil & salt for our taste. The portions we're huge for the price, so all in all not a bad experience but would we go back? Probably not.
Portion is very generous & affordable pricing. The soup noodles i had was a little bit salty. But that could be due to the roast pork. Service is prompt & atmosphere is cosy.
I had a great experience & I would love to share it. Cantonese/Authentic located at the heart of Chinatown. The service is one of things Ive sincerely enjoyed, getting the water, the tea as soon as you get to your table is a sign of a good customer service, they care about their clients. Relaxing environment. I've ordered the Shrimp Chow Mein & I would recommend it, big portion, tasty, fresh. They offer take out too,
Food was great, Service is really good & staff was friendly, the atmospheres fair but I would still highly suggest it if you're into a good Chinese meal & you're downtown
