Dès que l'on franchit la porte, on est immédiatement enveloppé dans une ambiance tamisée, chaleureuse & invitante. Le cadre est soigné, intime, parfait autant pour un souper entre amis que pour une soirée plus romantique.
Nous avons littéralement essayé tous les plats, & chacun d'eux était un véritable délice. La nourriture est tout simplement exquise. Les assiettes sont pensées pour être partagées, ce qui ajoute une belle dimension conviviale à l'expérience. La viande fond dans la bouche, les fruits de mer sont d'une fraîcheur exceptionnelle, & même les options végés sont tellement savoureuses qu'on s'en lèche les babines. Une cuisine généreuse, raffinée, & sans aucune fausse note.
Le staff est incroyablement accueillant, attentif sans être envahissant, & toujours prêt à partager leurs coups de coeur du moment. On sent une vraie passion en salle comme en cuisine.
En plus, l'endroit est très accessible, situé en face du métro Mont-Royal, ce qui rend la visite encore plus agréable & pratique.
C'est pour moi la découverte de l'année, un endroit qui vaut totalement le déplacement. Sans hésitation, c'est devenu mon restaurant préféré. Une adresse à ne surtout pas manquer ! 🍽✨

Première expérience chez Bincho. La bouffe était exquise! Je ne saurais dire quel plat était mon préféré entre les pétoncles, la ceviche, l onglet de boeuf, la pieuvre, le canard...tout est bon. La place est belle, l ambiance feutrée & le staff sympathique. Merci pour la superbe soirée ! :)

Situated directly on the beautiful Mont-Royal street, this little gem will delight all of your taste buds & your wallet. To share a few plates or for a 5@7 , this place won't disappoint with their generous portions. Everything was absolutely delicious! The warm & cozy decor is stunning, it creates the perfect vibe for a date or a night out with friends or colleagues. A truly fantastic atmosphere. 10/10 recommend
