No consideration & respect for customers.

We tried this restaurant on a Tuesday night. Started well: good wine & entrées. We felt pressure to order more $ which seemed a bit off but we were eager to try this new place.

We ended up finishing the bottle, & wondering when the rest of the food would arrive. At least 1 hour passed. 0 aknowledgment of the unusual delay from the staff, which is in my opinion the minimum in hospitality. At several occasions we see the chef (which we were told was working alone that night) hanging & drinking at the bar.

Obviously annoyed by the situation we ask for the bill having no confidence in the dishes that will arrive (or not arrive). The situation escalates. Staff tells us that we seemed to be having fun & that we didn't seem to be annoyed by the delay (?). We pay for what we consumed. Tries to negotiate.

This is unacceptable: no expectation should be put on the customer. This restaurant shoud review their customer service & hospitality management or they are not in the right field.

Super expérience dans ce restaurant ! L'ambiance est chaleureuse & le cadre est très agréable. Les plats sont délicieux, bien présentés & préparés avec des produits de qualité.

Un grand bravo également au bar, les cocktails sont excellents, créatifs & parfaitement équilibrés. Mention spéciale à Audrée-Anne, qui est à la fois professionnelle, souriante & passionnée. Elle sait conseiller avec justesse & apporte une vraie valeur ajoutée à l'expérience.

Je recommande vivement ce restaurant, que ce soit pour dîner ou simplement profiter d'un bon cocktail dans une super ambiance. Hâte de tester la terrasse en été.

Nous avons passé plusieurs heures assis au bar. Le service était superbe. Un endroit avec une ambiance agréable & le staff très compétent.

La nourriture était délicieuse & les plats très bien travaillé.
