Excellente expérience au Bincho. Nous y étions pour la St-Valentin, & bien que la soirée était plutot chargée, le service a été excellent. Les saveurs sont très originales, les sauces fabuleuses. À essayer absolument,

Le Bincho n'est pas simplement un restaurant : c'est une destination, une expérience, un moment suspendu où chaque détail est maîtrisé avec une élégance rare. Dès l'arrivée, Yan, hôte & propriétaire d'une attention remarquable, incarne l'âme du lieu. Sa présence est à la fois chaleureuse & profondément humaine. On se sent accueilli comme un invité de marque, avec une sincérité qui ne s'invente pas.

& que dire du service - tout simplement exceptionnel. Milla, serveuse d'un professionnalisme & d'un charme naturel remarquables, transforme chaque interaction en plaisir. Elle anticipe les besoins avec une finesse impressionnante, explique les plats avec passion & justesse.

Côté cuisine, le Bincho brille avec une cuisine de haute voltige: des saveurs parfumées, maîtrisées, profondément réconfortantes & audacieuses à la fois. Chaque plat raconte une histoire, chaque bouchée confirme qu'on est entre les mains d'une équipe qui respecte le produit, le feu & le client.

L'ambiance est élégante & vibrante - un équilibre parfait qui donne envie de s'attarder, de commander un dernier verre, puis un autre… & de revenir très vite.
