Cuisine fusion japonais-français vraiment surprenante, avec des saveurs inhabituelles mais très douces & agréables au palais. Le cocktail était délicieux. Coup de coeur pour les champignons crinière de lion - mon plat préféré !
The pink lights is what brought us here. The atmosphere is very nice, cocktails are well made & there's a great menu with lots of seafood options.

Le décor est très agréable & le personnel très sympathique. Par contre j'ai été plutôt déçue par certains plats: les calmars dont la farce était dure, froide & le carbonara qui était fade.
Love Bincho. It's cool, it's fun, it's original & most importantly, it's delicious!! The rotating focuses on Japanese-French fusion dishes to share. All is best paired with one of signature cocktails
Je suis venue il y a deux mois & j'étais déçue: musique bien trop forte, personnes au bar qui se connaissaient bien entre eux (propriétaire?) & qui du coup n'avaient aucun intérêt pour nous, personne en salle, & nourriture trop salée.
Portions & vins ok.
Bref, pleine d'espoir MAIS à la lecture des nouveaux avis je redonnerai une chance asap & mettrais à jour l'avis si c'était juste « pas leur soir » ce soir là.

On avait réservé une table pour deux & à notre arrivée on nous a installés d'office au bar, coincés entre une colonne & le bar, en face d'un écran de télé qui diffusait un match de baseball. Ça commençait mal. C'est allé de mal en pis.
On a commandé des cocktails & étant assis au bar, on a vu comment ils étaient faits : glaçon énorme occupant plus de 50% du verre & donc pas grand-chose à boire...
-On a pris le Ceviche de Leche de Tigre : 4 bouts de poissons cachés sous un tas d'oignons dans un jus insipide. On cherche toujours les wontons grillés.
-Mazemen Carbonara aux pleurotes : ramens trop cuites dans une sauce aux pleurotes fadasse. Ça manquait de sel & de poivre & d'assaisonnement.
-La salade de poulpe ? Ne vous fiez pas à la photo sur Tastet, vous n'aurez pas autant de morceaux de pieuvre. Il faut les chercher sous le tas de chou rouge. & ce plat manquait lui aussi de goût.
-Les choux de Bruxelles étaient le seul plat à peu près potable, mais il n'y en avait pas beaucoup.
Super slow service, food was mediocre . Staff apologized for the wait, but waited over 2 hours for mains. My husband had an amazing cocktail - that was the highlight but didn't make up for the disappointing food that took long & was not worth the wait. Hope they do better in the future.

Un incontournable sur le plateau. La nourriture est excellente, les employés sont super gentils & la carte de drinks/vin est merveilleuse! Tout ce qu'on a besoin pour une soirée en ville!
