Le Restaurant Bincho propose une expérience vraiment unique avec sa cuisine fusion japonaise & française. Les plats sont créatifs, savoureux & super bien présentés, avec une vraie attention aux détails.

Mention spéciale pour les grillades au charbon (binchotan) qui apportent un goût incroyable 🔥, ainsi que les cocktails qui sont originaux & parfaitement exécutés.

L'ambiance est chaleureuse, un peu tamisée & parfaite autant pour un date qu'un dîner entre amis. Le service est attentif & professionnel, on se sent vraiment bien accueilli.

Une adresse à tester absolument à Montréal ! ✨

Cuisine fusion japonais-français vraiment surprenante, avec des saveurs inhabituelles mais très douces & agréables au palais. Le cocktail était délicieux. Coup de coeur pour les champignons crinière de lion - mon plat préféré !

Ce nouveau resto vient tout juste d'ouvrir dans le quartier, découverte fortuite lors d'une soirée de tempête de neige. Tout est là : l'ambiance, la décoration, le service impeccable, la nourriture est savoureuse & nous enchante par sa fusion franco-japonaise, la musique & le sentiment d'être exactement là où l'on devait être.
À visiter, sans aucune hésitation.

Belle découverte sur le plateau, restaurant fusion avec une ambiance feutrée & moderne. Possible de tirer sa bière directement de sa banquette! Génial pour prendre un verre & partager quelques plats. Onglet de boeuf & Cevice, mes coups de coeur!
