We were first to arrive for lunch time. We were well greated & received & our orders were taken fast. The food was on point as well as the drinks. It was pretty cold in the restaurant as it was very dim & dark. The door was open ( Canadian winter ) so very chilli. Please keep in mind we were first & the only guest. This is why I only give 3 stars for atmosphere as we did not experience de restaurant at its heart beat am sure during rush hours or late at night must be entirely different. I recommend to book if you wish to eat at later times, definitely a spot to visit for those who love West African food in Montreal.
What a place to feel alive! The vibe is fantastic, the music is great, & the service is excellent-Angie did a wonderful job. The food is amazing as well. I highly recommend this place!
A Wonderful Dining Experience! I recently visited this African restaurant & was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming & vibrant ambience set the tone for a great meal. The decor was warm & inviting, with a touch of authentic African charm that made the atmosphere truly unique. The service was top-notch-the staff member was attentive, friendly, & eager to ensure we had a great dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu & happy to make recommendations. Their positive attitude added an extra touch of warmth to the evening. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! We ordered fufu, alloco, half chicken yassa, & half grilled chicken. Each dish was bursting with rich, flavorful spices & cooked to perfection. The fufu had the perfect texture, the alloco was crispy & sweet, & the chicken dishes were tender & wonderfully seasoned. It was clear that a lot of care & love went into preparing the food. This restaurant is a gem, & I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy authentic African cuisine in a welcoming & pleasant setting. I can't wait to come back & try more dishes!

I recommend you to go over there but you have to be mindful that you will wait 20 to 30mins depending on the food that you choose. The atmosphere is very great, good choice of music the decor is top tier!
J'ai acheté plusieurs fois à ce restaurant, sur Uber comme en personne. La nourriture est très très bonne. Les prix ont augmentés comme partout, mais bon. Je recommande. En personne - Manger sur place 2X, le serveur était seul & semblait dépassé, il a tout de même offert un bon service. La nourriture était excellente, malgré la longue attente.. La présentation des plats est interessante & les portions assez généreuses. J'adore leur Ntaba ( chèvre) & la dinde. Le fumbwa aussi est délicieux. Le décor est beau. Je recommande. À emporter - Il faut absolument appeler avant & même là il y a de fortes chances que vous ayez à attendre à votre arrivée. Le personnel s'est beaucoup amélioré sur le service comparativement à avant. Les femmes m'ont bien accueilli, elles n'étaient pas avec un mauvais caractère. Je recommande. Uber - délai extrêmement long , ils ont déjà oublié de me mettre un article acheté à 2 reprises & lorsque j'ai appelé, la dame voulait que je refasse une commande pour me le renvoyer ( j'ai juste laissé faire) Aussi, les portions varient d'une journée à l'autre. Je ne recommande pas.
Had a lovely time. Service by Angie & she was great! The food portions are generous & the taste is good. A bit pricy for meals that are cooked with simple ingredients but, everything was fresh & well presented. I recommend & would go back.
Je ne suis jamais allé au restaurant, mes deux fois que j'ai commandé c'était par Uber Eats, bonne nourriture super recommandée, mais pour moi le seul problème c'est la portion de sauce, je ne trouve rien à la valeur de l'achat... sinon, je n'ai rien à redire
Je suis très impressionnée & très satisfaite! C'était ma première fois que j'essaie la sauce graine avec fufu & je suis en amour! J'adore ce nouveau goût. J'ai tout terminé! J'en pense encore. Simplement délicieux! J'ai aussi essayé le poulet mayo avec attieke - un vrai délice! Merci beaucoup! Je vais recommander c'est sur! Attention la piment vert est très épicé! 🔥🚒🌶️🫑 Wow! Je suis sans mots. Ce goût est innoubliable!
