The pizza is excellent. The sauce is excellent. The toppings are excellent. I love the staff. It's a no frills joint, but you're there for the pizza. Nice change from the traditional Montreal-style pizza. Like others have mentioned, call real early to get an order reserved. They get real busy real quick. Don't be another person that cries & leaves a 1-star review because they couldn't fulfill your last-minute order.View more

Cash/debit only. The pizza tasted good, though I think they are probably better dine in than take out. If you order a whole pizza you can pick anything from the menu, but if you order by slice they just have whatever options that were made in advance & display at the cash register. We ordered 4 slices for takeout & when we got home the pizza was cold & soggy, but then we warmed them in the oven & they got a little dry - bummer :( Not bad overall. One of the best pizzas in Montreal! At Bouquet, you can always rely on getting a delicious slice, fresh out of the oven. The service is usually fast & friendly, but once in a while you get a stuck-up looking server, who has lots of trouble smiling. Inside, there's not many places to sit, but in warmer weather you can sit on benches outside. I wish they had water available on tap & a bathroom, but nevertheless they got amazing pizza.View more
