Native New Yorker living in Montreal. By far the best New York style pizza I've had here. Tried the Sopressatta, Potato, & Veggie slices. All of them were delicious, but the Sopressatta was the highlight for me. Crust was perfect, sauce was delicious, not too heavy on the cheese so as to make the pizza soggy. Can't wait to come back!
Stopped by this place as part of a recent food tour, & honestly I had higher expectations.
The pizza itself was decent, probably one of the better options in the city for by-the-slice. All their slices are NY style, but the crust was lacking a little crunch.
The worst part was the service though. The kid at the front lacked any enthusiasm & when asked what the most popular choice is, said'idk maybe this one'. He did not seem interested in working.
Overall glad we tried it, but with other options in Montreal it will be a long time before I'm back.
One of the best pizza I've had similar to NYC style. The undercarriage is perfectly crisp, the flavours are spot on, & the prices are very reasonable. A must try spot for real pizza lovers.
Un bel arrêt pour une pizza rapide de style New York! À la pointe, on comptoir qu'on peut plier & manger sur un banc. J'ai adoré celle au maïs (créatif) & la Cherry bomb. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Attendez vous à faire la file, mais ils sont efficaces. À refaire!

Pizza Bouquet serves some of the best pizza I've had in Montreal-delicious & impressively close to classic New York-style. The crust, sauce, & toppings are spot on. My go-to is the pepperoni pizza, & it never disappoints. A must-try for pizza lovers!
Excellente pizza style new yorkaise avec plusieurs choix véganes & plus funky; la seule chose est que vous devez appeler le matin pour avoir une pizza entière de votre choix vers le souper; sinon vous devez créer votre pizza entières avec les pointes qui sont dans la vitrine. Il fait aussi TRÈS chaud & c'est bondé de monde pour un si petit espace!
This is a place i have mixed feelings about. I have been pretty often, maybe 20-25 times over the last 2 years. On one hand, it can be one of the best slice counter in the city; but it's not saying much, giving the poor level of slices in Montréal. However, on a good day, a fresh slice is usually quite satisfying. The dough is slightly too hard & thick, & the amount of toppings is slighlty too little for that style, so each bite doesn't have the correct balance, can feel pretty dry. Still, it feels like it's made with good ingredients & some love - which is better than 90% of Mtl pizza. Cherry Bomb is a stand out for me.
Now the big problem is the service at the front counter. Service is a lost art in Montreal, & that place is no exception. Slow, nonchalant, cynical attitude, usually by someone with neglected hygiene & looking mildly depressed (last time i went, the counter person was wearing some ironic vintage cap crusted with black dirt, & not from working in the kitchen, it's concerning). Consistent with that anglo hipster-gentrified part of town, serving in french seems to be low on priorities, so if you're a francophone, expect a sort of panic reaction if you address in french. That could be forgiven easily with the right attitude, but with that careless, sloppy energy, it's off-putting.
Pies are not identified on the front counter slice tray, which means each new customer will ask which pizza is which. The clerk will answer with the most annoyed, blasé expression & voice, since they've likely been repeating the same info all day.
All in all, a good spot, but one which could be way better.
3 stars until the service attitude & hygiene gets better!
Great NY-style pizza slices here. The tomato sauce alone is worth going back for - it has the perfect balance of acidity & sweetness. I got a slice of the margherita pizza & it was just over $5 accounting for the sales tax.
