Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.
Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.
Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.
Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

From perfectly crisp wood-fired pizzas to rich homemade pastas, every bite reflects their dedication to traditional cuisine. The young, friendly staff adds to a lively yet welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel right at home.
The only drawback is the wine list-while it offers a decent selection, the pricing is excessive, often 4 to 5 times the SAQ equivalent.
Despite this, the professionalism of the staff & the exceptional food make this a standout spot for Italian dining on the Southshore of Montreal.
Highly recommended, just be mindful of the wine markup.

Agréable endroit choisi au hasard, pates aux fruits de mer, scallop au poulet, calmar, pizza Nutella,
miammm, musique agreable pas trop forte, 3 copines qui avaient beaucoup de chose à raconter.
Cuisine délicieuse, ambiance agréable & service au top ! Un grand merci à notre serveuse, Mégane qui a été souriante, attentionnée & très professionnelle. Une superbe expérience, je recommande vivement !
Waitress was sweet & didn't overdo it, or tried to invade our conversations, food is a 100%, & we went when nobody was there so it was gold, 100% to try & do it again!
Excellent pizzas (thin crusts & light on toppings as it should be)& arancini. Good variety of choices in toppings.Very nice setting, cozy & warm. Great service, friendly

Food & service are good. Atmosphere is destroyed by the crazzy loud music that dont fit the mood & the look of the place. We share our concerns with our waitress that agreed with us but stated it's a choice of their boss that like it loud. The place was mostly empty. I wont go that place in the future.

Randomly stumbled upon this place. It was packed & full of such good energy, family hospitality & authentic Italian food. We loved the wood fired pizzas & the Caesar salad was so fresh, made from scratch. Service was exceptional! Definitely recommend.
Une belle expérience sur toute la ligne! Nous avons choisi ce restaurant un peu au hasard en fonction de son emplacement, nous avons tous été agréablement surpris. Étant un fan de la cuisine italienne traditionnelle & ayant eu la chance de voyager en Italie, je dois dire que ce restaurant a tout d'un vrai restaurant italien. Pour le temps d'un repas, je me suis senti comme s'y j'étais de retour en Italie. Chaque petit détail est réfléchi. La chaleur de l'accueil des propriétaires, la qualité des ingrédients, tout est focussé sur la satisfaction du client. En prime, les prix sont raisonnables pour ce niveau de qualité. Les Gnocchis farcis aux champignons étaient incroyables. Les meilleurs que j'ai mangé. Merci beaucoup pour la belle soirée!
Nous avons récemment célébré notre party de Noël chez Regina Pizza, & l'expérience a été absolument renversante. La qualité de la nourriture & le service étaient impeccables, dignes des plus grands restaurants. L'accueil chaleureux & l'atmosphère festive ont rendu notre soirée mémorable. Une fois aux deux semaines, nous allons toujours chercher notre pizza qui, je le souligne, sont été phénoménales. Mais pour notre party de Noël, l'équipe de Regina Pizza a réussi à nous éblouir encore plus & nous a couvert de plats classiques italiens à se rouler par terre, sincèrement ! J'ai peu de mots pour décrire l'expérience hallucinante que nous avons eu. Notre bureau a déjà réservé pour l'an prochain & nous recommandons à tous de vivre cette expérience. Faites-nous confiance, vous ne regretterez votre choix soit pour une sortie en famille, entre collègues, amis ou pour des occasions spéciales.
Excellent food, welcoming hosts. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo & it was excellent. Their pizza is baked in a wood fired oven. The owners are from Sicily, very warm & welcoming ❤️
