Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.
Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.
Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.
Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

I just went to pick food there again. I don't know how many times I ordered at Regina but it's always the same, SO DELICIOUS. The food is amazing, the staff are really welcoming , they make sure that someone responded to you. Affordable for top quality food makes it even better.
Great food! The pizzas are simply unmatched. Best pizzas I have ever eaten, coming from an Italian, speaks to the quality of the products & results! Great rib steak! Owners are amazingly friendly :) A must go to for any event, dinner, get together no matter where you are from ;)

Good cooks. Amazing burrata & pizza. Good place for very decent Italian food. Portions are adequate for an adult. Too large for kids. All of very good quality & prepared very well. Pizza is semi personal. Good for 2 I would say. Tasty, well made Italian style.
This restaurant was awesome! I came in for the first time for my birthday. They had spent quality time on this food & to be honest, this restaurant has no exceptions in my opinion. I recommend going to this Italian restaurant.
This is my go-to place whenever I want to have guests over, casual meetings, or just a great meal in the neighborhood. The food is always consistently excellent. You can really see & taste the quality of the ingredients they use. While service standards seem to be declining in many places around Quebec, here the service remains attentive, friendly, & professional. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. It's reassuring to have a restaurant that keeps its standards high when so many others have started to slip. Highly recommend!

From perfectly crisp wood-fired pizzas to rich homemade pastas, every bite reflects their dedication to traditional cuisine. The young, friendly staff adds to a lively yet welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel right at home.
The only drawback is the wine list-while it offers a decent selection, the pricing is excessive, often 4 to 5 times the SAQ equivalent.
Despite this, the professionalism of the staff & the exceptional food make this a standout spot for Italian dining on the Southshore of Montreal.
Highly recommended, just be mindful of the wine markup.

**Review for the Restaurant** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, & I can confidently say the food is authentic Italian cuisine at its finest. The flavors are rich & true to tradition, making every bite a delightful experience. The owners are incredibly attentive, with special mention to Sara, who went above & beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. The owner, Lino, is meticulous in his service & the quality of food, which truly shows in the overall experience. Highly recommended!
I can't really rate the service or atmosphere as this was an Uber delivery. However, I was really pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pasta & pizza, especially for a very reasonable price. The ingredients were excellent. Honestly, I'm still surprised at how fresh everything considering the 30 minutes commute. I'm definitely going to try to eat in person, but good job to the staff.
Ordered delivery Gustosa & Americana pizza. Very tasty. Good caesar salad. You can tell they are using some quality ingredient & care taken in preparing the food. I will be trying more dishes in the future!

The outside doesn't reflect the quality you will get inside.
The staff super friendly & efficient.
Sylvie my waitress made excellent recommendations, the calamari are the best I eaten & the dip that goes with it ,so good .
My main course prime rib steak simply succulent & well seasoned.
The side course Ceasar salad 🥗 😋 delicious .

Appetizer both me & my guest took the calamari, they serve this with an excellent dip .
Both took beef flank with side of grilled mixed vegetables every was amazing
Our waitress very friendly.
For dessert my guest took chocolate 🍫

Spectacular prime rib for two,grilled to our liking
With sides of vegetables & cheese 🧀 sticks
So far I visited twice, once with family in the evening & once for business at lunch. Both occasions were a very positive experience with great service & very good quality, some dishes with a nice fresh twist on a classic dish. Decent price/quality ratio, highly recommend.
