About us

Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

Je suis allé chercher des commandes pour emporter 2 fois. Le personnel était très gentil, les pizzas délicieuses & les pâtes aussi. Ce n'est pas des pizzas du type'grandes chaînes'. Celles de Regina sont faites à la main & savoureuse. Il est temps pour vous d'élever votre expérience pizza, allez les voir !!

Just in Brossard for a night, & selected this nearby restaurant.
Spoke with Ricky to find out if we could get a table at 6pm, he assured us we had a table.
Ricky greeted us warmly when we arrived & sat us at our table immediately.
We asked if there was a good house Pinot Gregio, & he replied he had a excellent one. It was an excellent choice.
To begin dinner we decided to share an Arancini, a tasty choice.
For our dinner she ordered the Gnocchi ai Funghi, as my wife really enjoys a cream sauce. I selected the special, a cod filet cooked in a tomato & olive broth.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our dinners & plan to eat there again.
We declined dessert because the dinner was so filling.

We came here as our 2nd choice for a date night, & we are happy to say it should have been our first!

We had Polpette di Vitello, Gnocchi al funghi (au champignons), & a marguerita pizza. It was SUPER filling, we had to take the pizza to go & we had more than half of it left.

The Gnocchi was extremely delicious & filling. The sauce was just the right amount of salty & tasted really good with a great amount of mushroom taste

Cozy & calm atmosphere & our waitress Sarah (small red head) was super friendly & attentive!

A small corner of Italian paradise in town! The staff was very friendly with us, the calamari was delicious. Very clean place I was feeling safety & protected from Covid, the waiter scan my passport at the door.
I will come back for sure & try other food. Thank you Regina !!

Solid Italian spot. I had the tortellini rosé which was a hit, as well as a half dozen oysters which tasted quite fresh! Restaurant was a bit loud at peak supper time but nothing much to be done about that.
