About us

Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

Went last Saturday. Party of 4.
Cindy the waitress was great & really friendly ! Made us all comfortable. She was cordial & nice professional service.
Food was fantastic as always.

We ordered 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, 2 pastas & 2 pizzas. It was not tasty at all. The way it's presented on the plate was terrible! I ordered hot appetizers & were served in less than five minutes. I wonder how it got such high ratings. If this is authentic Italian, then I need to take Italian off my list of favorite foods. I regret not taking photos.

Très bon resto ambiance décontracté la bouffe & le service excellent.
Petite entrée avec huile épicée servi sans frais cette petite attention est très appréciée.

Une des meilleures si-non la pâte à pizza napolitaine dans la grande région de Montréal. Super sauce tomate. Lors de notre visite le pizza man était un peu dure avec la façon d'étirer la pâte à pizza de sorte qu'il perdait beaucoup d'air contenue dans la pâte. Lancer la pâte dans les air c'est beau pour le spectacle mais cela ruine la légertée de la pâte.
Ne faite pas cuire led champignons à la poêle avant de les mettre sur les pizzas & finalement ne couper pas vos pizza en 4 . Les pizza napolitaine ça se coupe en 6.
Vous ette tout près de la perfection.
Nous revienderons c'est certaine
