About us
Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.
Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.
Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.
Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

Nous sommes allés y dîner pour le quatrième anniversaire de mon fils.
L'endroit est agréable, le service était excellent & le temps d'attente entre la commande & l'arrivée des plats a été court.
Les pizzas étaient délicieuses, avec une taille parfaite : ni trop grandes ni trop petites, idéales pour les enfants comme pour les adultes.
J'ai commandé une salade César, qui ne contenait pas de poulet. C'est sûrement leur version adaptée, mais la sauce était exquise.
Petite remarque : j'ai commandé un jus d'orange pour mon fils, il n'était pas bon & l'un des enfants ne l'a pas bien digéré.
Nous y retournerons certainement, mais cette fois, nous demanderons de l'eau minérale en bouteille.View more

The only drawback is the wine list-while it offers a decent selection, the pricing is excessive, often 4 to 5 times the SAQ equivalent.
Despite this, the professionalism of the staff & the exceptional food make this a standout spot for Italian dining on the Southshore of Montreal.

Food & service are good. Atmosphere is destroyed by the crazzy loud music that dont fit the mood & the look of the place. We share our concerns with our waitress that agreed with us but stated it's a choice of their boss that like it loud. The place was mostly empty. I wont go that place in the future.View more
