About us

Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

Regina Pizzeria is Brossard's best italian place, without a doubt! SO delicious. I have been three times & it never disappoints. Vibes, flavours, service, everything is excellent. I'll come back for sure!

J'ai réservé en ligne lundi 28 mars & téléphoné jeudi 31 mars afin de changer la réservation de 8 pour 10 personnes en parlant à un monsieur.

Lors de notre arrivée hier midi, je mentionne que nous avons une réservation à mon nom & la dame me répond qu'elle n'a pas de réservation.

En plus d'avoir réservé en ligne, j'ai eu une conversation téléphonique avec un membre de votre personnel...

Heureusement qu'il y avait de la place pour nous accueillir.

Pour ma conjointe & moi, c'était notre première visite. Nous avons partagé deux entrées (Burrata & Salade Verte) & une pizza Capricciosa. Tout était délicieux ainsi que le vin au verre. Tout est fait sur place & c'est bon. Que dire de plus ? Le service assuré par Sylvie a aussi été à la hauteur. Bref, nous y retournerons certainement. Seul bémol, pas de café décaf.

Nous aimons bien ce resto même si c'est souvent bruillant avec les conversations autour. La nourriture est toujours de bon goût - les bons produits. Le service est amical, si il y a beaucoup de monde, ça peut être un peu long mais qui est pressé ?

Regina's is the restaurant on the South Shore where you can get delicious, authentic Italian food. Everything was flavourful, fresh & delicious. Vegetarian pizza was the best I have ever had. Excellent service as well! Auguri!!!
