Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

Absolutely loved my experience at Regina Pizzeria! The pizza was incredible; authentic, fresh, & perfectly cooked in the wood oven. The atmosphere feels warm & welcoming, & the service was super attentive from start to finish. Honestly one of the best Italian spots on the South Shore. Definitely coming back. 🍕✨

The Italian food on Brossard. I have been there for the first time last week & the good is outstanding & the service is up to par. I love the good much I went on Wednesday withy son family to celebrate his birthday. They love the food & the service was impeccable. I will be going back soon.

Nous sommes venu souper en fin de semaine avec un couple d'ami & notre bébé puis nous avons été heureux de découvrir un nouveau resto avec une belle ambulance ou le service était super & la nourriture excellente avec du bon vin nous allons d'ailleurs revenir sa c'est certain
