About us

Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

Wow service impeccable de l'arrivée au départ. Personnels accueillants même le cuisinier qui faisait la pâte à pizza amusait mon garçon de 5ans. La serveuse wow service parfait. Un gros merci nous avons adoré notre 1ere visite c est certain qu on reviendra

Very honest small italian restaurant, very trendy, very good food, good ambiance. The server (I can't remember her name) was amazing, We go there often, she always recognize us. A place to go for a quiet conversation between friends.

Tortellinis sauce rosée aux champignons & pancetta: un seul champignon, pas vu de pancetta! 26$
Pizza au prosciutto: très peu de sauce tomate & pratiquement pas de fromage!
Serveuse hyperactive qui parle trop fort.
Giorgio est bcp mieux rapport qualité/prix & on peut apportez notre vin!
