Nous avons très bien mangé au Regashi. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation qui était très bon. Au niveau de l'ambiance, nous nous serions attendus à un peu plus d'ambiance/achalandage pour un samedi soir.
Le chef Thierry-Tri que nous avions tous apprécié à l'émission « Les Chefs » a pris le temps de rencontrer tous ses clients pour les saluer & présenter ses délicieux plats. Nous avons mangé au bar & avons vraiment l'expérience de voir les cuisiniers préparer chaque plat. Tous étaient chaleureux.

There is a loud humming sound that will accompany you through out your entire stay... they gotta do something about that. The omakase is not that special, way over priced for the price, you wont leave the place full at all.
I rarely give a bad review, but our dinner last night was really not good. The only things we enjoyed were the marinated eggplant small plate & the tuna. The chashu pork bao tasted like it had gone off (& we like coriander, so it wasn't the sauce), the spare ribs were meh, & the duck was too chewy in the ramen whilst the broth tasted fishy. Unfortunately we will not be going back.
Such a fantastic experience. The food was outstanding every bouchées was better then the next. A few of my favourite dishes included the miso cod, & yakitori treat! The drinks were excellent too. Our waitress Alice was such a treat & managed to go the extra mile to make my birthday special. Can't wait to go back

Wonderful restaurant, with authentic Japanese cuisine. The hand made ramens are the best in Montreal. The pork bun is one of the most delicious I have ever eaten. The texture of the bun is soft, the pork is melting in your mouth & the slightly acidic sauce counterbalances perfectly the fat of the pork. The aged fish is always changing but always surprising & delectable. They have an impressive list of sake. The open kitchen makes it very convivial, the service is friendly & professional. It's a true gem!
WOW ! Une très belle découverte, de superbes bouillons très goûteux , les huîtres cuites sont un vrai péché & que dire du poisson vieilli , un délice extrême !
Le service était vraiment à notre écoute avec de très belles attentions , ce fut vraiment apprécié.

Nous y allions surtout pour le poisson vieilli! Je crois que ce sera notre découverte de l'année 2026 (la dernière remonte à 2024 & nous allons au resto régulièrement). Nous avons pris le 9 services. Nous avons été plus que comblés par les différents plats!!! Nous avions réservé une place au bar. Thierry, le proprio, est dans son élément dans sa cuisine & dans l'interaction avec le client. L'ambiance & le savoir faire entre les membres de l'équipe est réjouissant à voir. Nous y retournerons c'est sûr!
