Great food. But they run a currency exchange scam ("cash only" establishment). Stating that USD cash conversion in the establishment is 1.12 instead of what should be 1.44. Then got the math wrong on his own made up exchange rate & inflated the price further. Is that even legal?View more

Very delicious dumplings. I shared with my friends & we split the bill, & the price in total was quite fair or "cheaper than I expected." The staff was also very friendly. A staff we talked to was multilingual, speaking Chinese (Mandarin & Canton), Japanese, English & French it was mind blowing.View more

I went there with my partner after eating some noodles close by & I was very disappointed. The Xiao Long Bao were lying flat which is a bad sign. & then only 2 out of the 10pc had broth in them. Almost all the other had holes on the sides. & the taste was what we would get from frozen store-bought Bao. & on the side we had 4pc Siu Mai & me & my partner agree that those were the worst we have ever had. The dough was sooooo thick, & very chunky with an absence of flavors that is shameful. I read in other reviews that they forced customers to pay a 15% tip but it was not my case & they never mentioned it. Although maybe it's because I complained that the Bao had no broth. I do not recommend anyone to go there if you like flavorful Asian food or want your money's worth for a meal. I hope their business gets better tho 🤞🏼View more

The food was fine, but it was a bit bland. The service was mediocre. It took forever to order & the server wasn't attentive. When we were paying, the server had the audacity to admonish multiple customers for not tipping enough. I can't believe this type of behavior is normalized. If the manager is reading this, please let your staff know that tips are 100% voluntary, & they must work for their tips & not expect a handout when they haven't even done the bare minimum.View more

After a long bus tour, we were alighted at the China town gates, the tour guide recommendedstopto go into China Town. As we entered, Mai Xiang dumplings caught our eye. The staff was welcoming, & we sat & ordered Hot & Sour Soup, pan friend lamb, & pork dumplings. The soup was very good & so were the dumplings. Service was excellent.View more

Vous avez envie de manger des Dumplings Chinois? Je vous recommande ce resto Mai Xiang Yuan. Il a de toutes les sortes dumplings bouillis, frits & cuits @ la vapeur. La soupe @ l'aigre-douce n'est pas la meilleure mais c'est bien pour debuter votre repas. Les entrees salade aux concombres & aux algues se sont mes preferees. Je vous recommande le plat classique dumplings au porc hache & batchoy bouillis, dumplings poulet aux champignons, dumplings porc hache avec ciboulettes frits & dumplings xiaolung bat porc hache & batchoy. Noubliez pas d'ajouter la sauce maison vinaigrette & piquante du resto @ vos dumplings. Vous devez aller avec un petit groupe de 4 @ 6 personnes comme ca vous pouvez deguster differents plats de dumplings du menu. Je vous garantie que vous allez adorer votre experience. Le prix est raisonable & c'est le moins chers en ville. Chaque morceau de dumpling etait bien farci avec une portion genereuse de viande & des legumes.
