Tried the Nashville hot chicken tenders - & honestly, this is the kind of concept Montreal needs more of. It definitely offers more variety & flavour than spots like Poulet Rouge, & the potential is definitely there.

The hot chicken itself had solid flavour - spicy, savoury, & bold. The ranch & BBQ sauces were both tasty (especially the BBQ), but the breading on the tenders kept falling off, which made it messy & a bit frustrating to eat. The original chicken wasn't really my thing, but that might be personal taste.

Overall, it's a great idea with room to grow. A few tweaks to the execution & this could easily become a go-to spot for Nashville-style heat in Montreal

Tried the fried chicken tenders combo. One of the best halal fried chicken available here! The chicken is served fresh & hot! Also have good spicy options. A small drawback, the seating here is limited.

Food was amazing. If you like spicy do try the OMG Burger or the Nashville Chicken Tenders. The staff was super nice & friendly & we had good music while we ate.

The sauce they offer is next level. So many choices. At first I was sad that there were waffle fries, but later on that night, at 3:00 AM, I was in sheer awe at how much sauce each fry can scoop, & how delicious the flavour explosion was every time.

The chicken is cooked perfectly & it was wildly enjoyable. The buffalo one got a kick, but it's a nice kick, but it may make your nose runny if you a spicy noob like me.

I have very fond deja vu memories of eating their deliciousness in this moment.

The menu keeps things focused without feeling limited: bowls, fried chicken tenders, wraps, & burgers all built around chicken that is genuinely exceptional. It's remarkably tender, carefully prepared, & seasoned with confidence.
It may actually be the best'fast food' chicken we've ever had.
The spice blend has real depth, the coating isn't heavy or greasy, & the spicy option actually earns its name.

Then there are the sauces. Twelve of them, each distinct, all worth trying. The King & Queen sauces stand out, but the real pleasure is the range-nothing feels like an afterthought. I was handed a generously filled cup of the King sauce & briefly felt the temptation to drink it straight 😅.

What makes it work is conviction. They believe in what they're serving, & that belief shows in every detail-no shortcuts, no compromises.'Royal' isn't just branding here; it feels earned. If you care about fried chicken done properly, this place deserves your attention.

We ordered the Familial with some Nashville & some regular fried strips. Everything was great! The chicken was crispy on the outside & super flavourful & tender on the inside. The Nashville is very spicy for those not used to it but very tasty.
Plenty of sauces to choose from but we totally recommend the spicy mayo & the blue cheese sauces.
The owner was super nice & even gave us some cookies for my kids.
Must try!
