commande via Uber l'offre tu prend un le 2em offert !!!!

J'ai commandé une offre comprenant une boîte avec 3 morceaux de poulet, avec une deuxième boîte gratuite dans le cadre de la promotion. Je m'attendais donc à recevoir deux boîtes correspondant à l'offre annoncée.

Or, dans la première boîte, il y avait bien 3 morceaux, mais dans la deuxième boîte gratuite, il n'y avait qu'un seul morceau de poulet.

Je considère que cette offre est trompeuse, car la présentation de la promotion laisse clairement comprendre que la deuxième boîte contient également les 3 morceaux. J'ai payé pour une offre qui n'a pas été respectée.
J'ai mis sur la photo l'offres
Je précise que les deux boîtes étaient fermées & correctement emballées à la réception. Il est donc évident que le problème ne vient pas du livreur : la boîte avait été préparée ainsi avant d'être remise au livreur.

The food was great. The service was great. The atmosphere would have been great if the drink machine was not making crazy noise constantly. But the best part was the chicken. I'm a fan of jack le coq but the chicken at royal chicken was larger for sure & juicer. I'll definately be back for more in the future & looking forward to their new locations on laurier & st Catherine & I think one on st laurent which are a little closer to where I am. Fix that drink machine & you'll have 5 stars for atmosphere next time I go if I remember to update this!

Ordered via UBER but got a nice BPA filled nasty invoice INSIDE the box touching the chicken-- GROSS who does that?? Health hased

Je suis allé aujourd'hui vers 11h30 sur la rue Bishop .
Je recommande fortement Poulet Royale le gros coq terriblement bon, SERVICE impeccable & exceptionnel de l'employée qui nous a servi.
Merci pour les succulents biscuits aux chocolat. 🙏

On aimerait beaucoup avoir un Poulet Royale dans l'est de Montréal pourquoi pas a Anjou ou près de la station Honoré Beaugrand.

I feel like I was to over excited trying this place. It was not that great. I've seen many people on socials loving this place & saying it's the best fried chicken in town. Overrated to say the least. I don't know but I really didn't like the chicken it has this weird flavour & it was hard to even eat it. The fries were ok & the sauces were decent as well. One bottle ice tea was 5,49!! That's insane, way too expensive… On top of that I feel that the restaurant is a bit too small to really fit anyone inside. I don't think I will be coming back unfortunately. Great service though, always smiling & kind.

Commande depuis Uber.

Il manquait des articles dans ma commandes.

Le bol pas dutout remplit, très petite portions de la base & des condiments.

Il manquait aussi mon biscuits
Énormément déçu & Uber ne veux rien faire ni remboursement ni crédit uber.
Inacceptable au prix qu'on paye pour commander en ligne.
Déjà qu'on se fait voler au prix de la vie de nos jours ....Le restaurant fais des spéciaux mais donne la moitié d'un vrais plat pour leurs promotions & ensuite en plus Uber fais l'aveugle.
