The food was very good & the staff was very nice & respectful. They did take a one dollar tip but the food compensated for it although i did not ask for the tip im not stupid tho I was gonna tip.

Today, I ordered a Family Pack through Uber Eats for pickup. After receiving the'Order Ready' notification, I went to collect my order.

The front desk employee's behavior was shockingly rude & disrespectful. I simply asked for the food I had already paid for, but instead of basic courtesy, I was treated with complete disrespect.

This is unacceptable. No paying customer should be humiliated for picking up their own order. The owner needs to address this employee's behavior immediately before more customers are treated the same way.

I'm giving honest feedback so your restaurant can improve & grow. I ordered the grilled bowl on Uber & was disappointed with what I got. The bowl was really dry with not enough sauce, & overall it lacked flavour. The chicken was really tender & the toppings were fresh, which I appreciated. Also, I liked that y'all had a buy one get one deal on Uber.

Je suis passé vers 2 h du matin & j'ai reçu un accueil exceptionnel. Je ne m'attendais pas à un service aussi rapide & aussi chaleureux à cette heure-là. Le poulet était parfaitement cuit, bien chaud & vraiment délicieux. Les portions étaient généreuses & tout était frais. L'équipe est restée souriante, professionnelle & attentive malgré l'heure tardive. Franchement, ça fait plaisir de voir un restaurant qui garde une qualité de service aussi élevée, même en pleine nuit. Je recommande Poulet Royal à 100 % & j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !
