I ordered a chicken bowl, around 500-600 g, & overall it was decent. They were out of the cookie that came with the order, but instead of simply ignoring it, they gave me a drink as a replacement. I appreciate that - it shows that the people here actually care about the customer & the business.

The next step would be even better communication: if something is unavailable, call the customer & ask what replacement they prefer instead of choosing automatically. Better inventory management would also help avoid situations where brown rice, a certain cheese, or another ingredient is suddenly unavailable.

As for the bowl itself, it's not bad, especially on a 2-for-1 promotion. At regular price, however, I personally wouldn't buy it again in its current form. The ingredients & overall composition need to be seriously revisited if they want to compete with the stronger bowl chains. You can't enter the competition at the quality level where established competitors are already starting to cut corners.

Still giving 5 stars because I saw a genuine effort toward customer service, & that matters. There is definitely potential here.

J'ai commandé une offre comprenant une boîte avec 3 morceaux de poulet, avec une deuxième boîte gratuite dans le cadre de la promotion. Je m'attendais donc à recevoir deux boîtes correspondant à l'offre annoncée.

Or, dans la première boîte, il y avait bien 3 morceaux, mais dans la deuxième boîte gratuite, il n'y avait qu'un seul morceau de poulet.

Je considère que cette offre est trompeuse, car la présentation de la promotion laisse clairement comprendre que la deuxième boîte contient également les 3 morceaux. J'ai payé pour une offre qui n'a pas été respectée.
J'ai mis sur la photo l'offres
Je précise que les deux boîtes étaient fermées & correctement emballées à la réception. Il est donc évident que le problème ne vient pas du livreur : la boîte avait été préparée ainsi avant d'être remise au livreur.

The food was great. The service was great. The atmosphere would have been great if the drink machine was not making crazy noise constantly. But the best part was the chicken. I'm a fan of jack le coq but the chicken at royal chicken was larger for sure & juicer. I'll definately be back for more in the future & looking forward to their new locations on laurier & st Catherine & I think one on st laurent which are a little closer to where I am. Fix that drink machine & you'll have 5 stars for atmosphere next time I go if I remember to update this!
