Today, I ordered a Family Pack through Uber Eats for pickup. After receiving the'Order Ready' notification, I went to collect my order.

The front desk employee's behavior was shockingly rude & disrespectful. I simply asked for the food I had already paid for, but instead of basic courtesy, I was treated with complete disrespect.

This is unacceptable. No paying customer should be humiliated for picking up their own order. The owner needs to address this employee's behavior immediately before more customers are treated the same way.

I'm giving honest feedback so your restaurant can improve & grow. I ordered the grilled bowl on Uber & was disappointed with what I got. The bowl was really dry with not enough sauce, & overall it lacked flavour. The chicken was really tender & the toppings were fresh, which I appreciated. Also, I liked that y'all had a buy one get one deal on Uber.

On uber eats it took them 1h to prepare it, let alone the delivery time

I give it a 4 stars.

-Minus 0.5 star because the sauce for the waffle fries are not included.
Sauces should be included for free & not as an extra. It can confuses people who order food online on Uber

-Minus 0.5 star because the buns for the burger is not toasted (personal preference). It was a bit messy to eat because the bun was breaking apart because it wasn't toasted

Amazing food!! I bought on Uber & in person & both times were amazing. Better than Poulet rouge. They give you 2 options of grains + 7 sides, which is amazing. 🤩

Plus the prices are pretty affordable!!

J'adore poulet royal, mais lorsque je commande sur Uber Eats, ils oublient toujours les sauces ou se trompent dans la composition du bol. C'est arrivé 3 fois!!! 💀😒😭

Très déçue. C'était la première fois que je commandais chez Poulet Royal via Uber Eats, & malheureusement ma fille s'est blessée en mangeant le riz.
Au début tout semblait normal, puis en mangeant quelques cuillères, elle a eu très mal aux dents, elle a commencé à pleurer, & sa petite dent a même saigné. Après vérification, j'ai constaté qu'il y avait dans le riz plusieurs morceaux très durs, mélangés avec le riz bien cuit.
J'ai appelé le restaurant pour signaler le problème, mais on m'a seulement répondu'désolé'. Franchement, ce n'est pas normal, surtout quand cela touche un enfant. J'espère que vous allez prendre cela au sérieux & faire plus attention à la qualité de vos plats.

I ordered 18 pieces for a get together from Uber Eats & only received 4 very small chicken pieces. The taste was great however the situation was very disappointing for a 60+ minutes wait to receive my order.

I called the restaurant multiple times & left a message to make them aware of what happened & never received a call back.
