Was around for the jazz festival & I stopped by the quality remains the same although it was super busy the employees remained nice & patient thank you red chicken

Meh, I loved it in summer 24 & 25, but since the staff changed they are very non-chalent for a popular fast food place in peak hour. Even little details like your name written on the bag & a smiley is a thing people remember. The New employées dont bother looking over the counter to see the online pick up people. They don't a knowledge you if you don't scream that you have an order. Today, they mixed 2 orders & the woman came back, the employee that took some time to even see her talking to him responded with « a man took your order » & got back to looking at the grill & talking to his colleague. Something like that shouldn't happen especially in peak hour, they should've asked people their receipt before giving the order.

talks with friends/ family or whatever for long time, ignores customer that are waiting in line, can't take orders correctly. what i mean by that is that they don't ask what flavour of chicken the customer (me) wants & just picks whatever, they didn't even ask. workers looks at the customers with mean looks.
