Guys, come on you are Poulet Rouge, you simply can't sell this kinda dry garbage rice.

The worst rice for the past hundreds of the bowls from this location.

Wow honnêtement nous étions impressionnés par la qualité du service. Les employés étaient entrain de fermer leurs portes, mais heureusement ils nous ont laissés passer. Miguel nous a offert un excellent service à la caisse, très patient & compréhensible. Ensuite, Samira & Salma nous ont gentiment aidé avec les différentes garnitures. Finalement, Amine & Yassine étaient super serviable & aimables. Une expérience 10/10 inoubliable!

Excellent food & outstanding service! The chicken is always fresh, juicy, & full of flavor, & the sides are just as good. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, & orders are prepared quickly, even during busy hours. Every visit has been a great experience. If you're looking for delicious grilled chicken & great customer service, I highly recommend Poule Rouge!

Le meilleur & le plus propre des restaurants ! Toute l'équipe est souriante & accueillante.
C'était ma première visite. J'ai demandé à une employée un peu de sauce blanche juste pour la goûter, mais elle m'a répondu que c'était un supplément. Quelques instants plus tard, un autre employé est venu me l'offrir. Ce petit geste m'a vraiment fait plaisir & je me suis senti le bienvenu.
Je reviendrai chaque semaine pendant toute la durée de mon séjour ici.

Was around for the jazz festival & I stopped by the quality remains the same although it was super busy the employees remained nice & patient thank you red chicken

Meh, I loved it in summer 24 & 25, but since the staff changed they are very non-chalent for a popular fast food place in peak hour. Even little details like your name written on the bag & a smiley is a thing people remember. The New employées dont bother looking over the counter to see the online pick up people. They don't a knowledge you if you don't scream that you have an order. Today, they mixed 2 orders & the woman came back, the employee that took some time to even see her talking to him responded with « a man took your order » & got back to looking at the grill & talking to his colleague. Something like that shouldn't happen especially in peak hour, they should've asked people their receipt before giving the order.
