i went to get something to eat, my usual, the same thing i order all the time. & i can ASSURE YOU that rice wasn't fresh at ALL. i go there all the time, the texture wasn't right, like at all. it was mushy, sticky, cold & definitely not fresh at all. What a waste of money. i felt sick after taking the first bite. when i saw the worker scooping the rice, i knew something wasn't right because the rice is NEVER that nasty mushy texture, all stuck together. Never going there ever again because they can't cook fresh food or whatever anymore. oh & by the way, they're very slow, so don't go there if you have the chance to, you'll probably get food poisoning. 0/10. never again.

Excellent food & outstanding service! The chicken is always fresh, juicy, & full of flavor, & the sides are just as good. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, & orders are prepared quickly, even during busy hours. Every visit has been a great experience. If you're looking for delicious grilled chicken & great customer service, I highly recommend Poule Rouge!

Poulet Rouge in Complexe Desjardins has become one of my regular go-to lunch spots whenever I don't bring something from home. Being so close to work, it's very convenient, & I know I can count on getting a meal that's both quick & tasty. The staff here are consistently friendly & polite, & the service is impressively fast-even compared to the pace you usually expect from a busy food court. They manage to keep things moving smoothly, which is always appreciated on a short lunch break.

The food itself is exactly what I've come to expect from Poulet Rouge: fresh, well-prepared, & very flavorful. The chicken is delicious & seasoned well, & the bowls are customizable so you can mix things up depending on what you're in the mood for. It always hits the spot & leaves me satisfied.

That said, there is one drawback worth mentioning. If you've eaten at other Poulet Rouge locations, you may notice what I have-the portions here are noticeably smaller. The bowls don't feel quite as full as the ones served at other branches, which can be a little disappointing when you're expecting the same generous serving size. The taste makes up for it to a certain extent, but it's something regulars will definitely pick up on.

Overall, though, I enjoy eating here & will continue to stop by when I need a convenient & tasty lunch option. The friendly service, good flavor, & reliable experience make it a solid choice, even if the portion sizes aren't quite on par with other locations.

Poulet Rouge in Complexe Desjardins is definitely worth the wait, even with the long line outside. You get to choose all the ingredients for your order, which makes every meal perfectly tailored to your taste. The food is always fresh, flavorful, & satisfying, & you can really see why so many people line up for it. The quality & customization make the experience enjoyable & memorable every time.

I have been eating at this Poulet Rouge branch for the past 2.5 years & I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to write this one because of how reliable & clean this restaurant is. Even though I have many poulet rouge branches near my place, I always take the metro to go to this one because in my opinion it's the cleanest & freshest branch of all. The food is always fresh & clean & the people who work there are amazing. They are always smiling & always ensure that the customer is satisfied. In addition, they are always generous with the portions. One of the main people, Ahmed, is very very humble & always makes sure that the orders served are correct & presented in a respectable manner. I ate at this branch about 3-4 times a week for the past couple of years & have never had a negative encounter. This is my first time writing a review & I think this place deserves the highest of ratings. Looking forward to eating there tomorrow!!

Even though we didn't speak French, the very kind, helpful & understanding people of this great place made every effort to guide us through our purchase. Had the delicious, tasty & filling bowl with the freshest & best tasting veggies, guacamole & sauces. Chicken in it was cooked to perfection. Requested the hottest spicy sauce & it was amazing. Absolutely loved this place, their food & the excellent service.
