Poulet Rouge in Complexe Desjardins has become one of my regular go-to lunch spots whenever I don't bring something from home. Being so close to work, it's very convenient, & I know I can count on getting a meal that's both quick & tasty. The staff here are consistently friendly & polite, & the service is impressively fast-even compared to the pace you usually expect from a busy food court. They manage to keep things moving smoothly, which is always appreciated on a short lunch break.

The food itself is exactly what I've come to expect from Poulet Rouge: fresh, well-prepared, & very flavorful. The chicken is delicious & seasoned well, & the bowls are customizable so you can mix things up depending on what you're in the mood for. It always hits the spot & leaves me satisfied.

That said, there is one drawback worth mentioning. If you've eaten at other Poulet Rouge locations, you may notice what I have-the portions here are noticeably smaller. The bowls don't feel quite as full as the ones served at other branches, which can be a little disappointing when you're expecting the same generous serving size. The taste makes up for it to a certain extent, but it's something regulars will definitely pick up on.

Overall, though, I enjoy eating here & will continue to stop by when I need a convenient & tasty lunch option. The friendly service, good flavor, & reliable experience make it a solid choice, even if the portion sizes aren't quite on par with other locations.

Poulet Rouge in Complexe Desjardins is definitely worth the wait, even with the long line outside. You get to choose all the ingredients for your order, which makes every meal perfectly tailored to your taste. The food is always fresh, flavorful, & satisfying, & you can really see why so many people line up for it. The quality & customization make the experience enjoyable & memorable every time.

Situé dans le complexe Desjardins, dans le "food court". Première expérience à ce restaurant. Simple mais efficace. J'ai beaucoup aimé. La poutine avec poulet était très bonne. Seulement j'aurais aimé une plus grande portion de la poutine. Personnel super gentil. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionne le menu.
