You can choose your base like rice, potatoes, or salad, then add vegetables & different sauces. The spicy mayo & garlic sauce are really good. The portions are generous, so you definitely feel full after eating. The restaurant is usually clean, & the service is fast, which makes it a good option for lunch or dinner. The only downside is that it can get a little busy at peak hours. Overall, Poulet Rouge is a tasty & affordable place to eat, especially if you want something quick but still healthy.

Le bol est copieux, la viande de poulet est bonne & bien cuite. Le choix de garnitures & de sauces est très varié. Je reviendrai!

I had the bol rouge with 2 flavors, the spicy & the garlic flavor. If you choose 1 flavor, you get 3 pieces of chicken breast. You get 4 pieces of chicken breasts with 4 flavors. You can choose 2 bases such as rice, quinoa etc & up to 6-7 toppings. There is also a variety of sauces that you can select from cilantro lime, spicy mayo, to ranch. Overall, i found the taste to be ok, the flavors on the chicken were not that intense & not that noticeable. The pieces of chicken are a bit small, but you can get lucky if they give you bigger pieces!

Sans aucun doute l’une des meilleures poutines de restauration rapide que j’ai jamais mangées.
Poutine au poulet à l'ail, avec ajouts d'oignon croustillant, fromage feta, tomate & une touche de leur sauce épicée. 5/5.
