Was blessed my first time in Canada to try Poulet Rouge by one of the workers with a fantastic energetic & courteous service just before closing . 2024update pretty disappointed with new owner. Chicken is burnet. It's black & tastes charcoal. It should be 3 pieces chicken instead of bunch of black minced meat... this is what I got today.
