Hostesses & waitress were wonderful but manager who was running the kitchen needs to learn about customer service. Ordered the Dirty Mac & Cheese which said it came w corn bread. It arrived not matching the description & without the corn bread I asked & was told they didn't have any because the regular chef wasn't there. The waitress offered to get a baguette instead. I was really looking forward to the cornbread but said it would work. She comes back w a plain piece of toast & butter in a cup that had crumbs in it. I think she was embarrassed but it was what her manager told her to take me. I asked to speak w the manager but he wouldn't come out to see me & sent a baguette. Which was almost more insulting because that meant they had it to send me originally & was just being rude. The waitress was very kind during all of this but a management change should be considered. The food over all was ok but not great.View more

Got the fish & chips but wasnt given the cornbread that was meant to come with it. The waiter was everywhere but near our table, it took a very long time to get his attention for our bill, nearly missed our flight for it. The food was alright, nothing special. It wasn't the worst I've had, but it certainly wasn't the best either. However, the service was terrible. The waiter, Jose, threw the receipt at me after seeing I didn't leave a tip. I had intended to leave a cash tip, but after his reaction, I decided it would be a waste to give it to him.View more

The worst Pork Ribs that I ever had eaten. They way that they served it wasn't very Appealing, they look like they have been served hours before they go to the table, they do not look fresh & they do not taste good either. The chicken is not really BBQ. It's roasted chicken with a layer of sugary BBQ sauce that I really disliked & had to brush it off. Same for the ribs.View more

Not sure what they do to their old fashions, but it sure isn't traditional. 2/10 for it. I am hungry for a snack, but not a full meal. I ordered a kids burger & been told they are not allowed to sell a kids burger to an adult. To bad, now he lost money from me not buying any food & after one drink (which was a total disappointment) I left. Otherwise I would have been there for the next hour drinking... Overall I'm not too impressed. The place was empty when I came & I was seated next to the waiters booth so I was always bumped into. The service made me feel rushed to get out, I wasn't even done eating & I was pressed to have the bill. Good was decent quality but the service is what lacked.View more

I really distasted the food. I ordered the salmon which was horrible & bland. I could taste the bitterness & fishiness of the salmon. I also did not enjoy the salad which was served as a small portion size. However, our waiter was really attentive & friendly.View more

I went in for lunch. The service is excellent, but I ordered the Club Sandwich. The meat was extremely dry & difficult to swallow. The fries were nice & hot & a big portion. The menu is relatively small & the prices are a bit high, but it is the airport. They should have more small plates as the sandwich & fries were a bit too much for me.View more
