Ate here on a layover. The food was fine, but the service was awful. After my meal, I paid my $82.00 bill with AMEX, & the charge immediately appeared in my account. A few minutes later, the server returned & claimed their system hadn't processed the payment & that I needed to pay again. I spoke with the manager, who insisted I had to repay, told me I wasn't allowed to leave until I did, & said my proof of payment'didn't matter.'
Unsurprisingly, the second charge also went through, leaving me to sort out the duplicate charge with American Express. Rather than acknowledging their own payment system issue, the manager was dismissive & treated me as though I was trying to avoid paying. She referred me to a website to resolve the dispute, but that went nowhere, leaving me with months of back-&-forth with American Express to recover my money.
Airport restaurants are expensive enough without being charged twice. I won't be returning.
Food is good & service was fast if anything a little too fast it felt rushed but still good, food was hot & fresh
Banh mih was bizarre. Too many roasted vegetables being mushy which overwhelmed the small amount of crunchy picked veg. I'd definitely recommend the chef pare down the sandwich to focus on making a great banh mih with their good pulled pork.
Nearly every main supper menu item is $30+. Chicken wings & poutine were alright. No beer, or any alcoholic beverage, is under $10. Servers are nice & the layout is good. They had the world cup playing on a bunch of TVs. Ultimately, avoid due to cost.
Very disappointing breakfast experience. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, & it arrived cold. The egg whites were undercooked, & the potatoes were also cold, bland, & lacked any seasoning. I took one bite & knew I wasn't going to eat the meal.
What made the experience even worse was the service. When I politely explained the issues, the staff still intended to charge me for a meal that was clearly inedible & that I had barely touched. It wasn't until the manager got involved that the charge was removed.
For a restaurant that specializes in food, this was unacceptable. Cold food, improperly cooked eggs, poor-quality sides, & disappointing customer service made for a terrible experience. I would not recommend the breakfast here & won't be returning.

Had an amazing server who took a shining to our kid. Came over to wish us a great flight after we paid. Amazing service by Roberto.
