The waiter brought us creamers from another table that had been sitting out for hours. I had a breakfast sandwich & he brought us peanut butter & jam. Not sure what you're supposed to use those for. Sub-par.View more
The staff were quite cold. The person who sat us hardly said anything & didn't smile. She just told us to follow her. Then our waitress also didn't even say hi or smile at all. She just stood there waiting for us to tell her what we wanted to drink. My husband told her we had a sleeping baby just to try & make the air lighter & she replied with, "do you want me to not talk?". The food was ok. My sandwich didn't have any sauce (I don't remember if it was supposed to). My husband enjoyed his food though. The food was a bit pricey but that's somewhat expected with airport food.View more
Price is what brings this rating down. I know airports are expensive. I know sit down restaurants at airports are worse, but damn 70 bucks for a sandwich, & two bowls of soup is crazy! I had two sodas & tipped as well, but that is a crazy amount. The food tasted great. The service was fantastic. But it is expensive. They were also VERY fast. Like we ate in under thirty minutes at a sit down restaurant. Our waitress even asked if we had a flight to catch!View more
The sandwich had 3 small pieces of brisket on it for 20 something bucks. Wasn't all that great. Classic airport extortionView more
Was pretty excited after seeing the menu out front. I got the Smoked Brisket sandwich, as a BBQ fan I couldn't say no to a brisket sandwich. Unfortunately what showed up was a hot bun with cold brisket & only one small & cold piece of meat in this massive bun. I asked the waiter if the meat was supposed to be warm to which he replied, warm but not hot. I was given a new sandwich after about 10 minutes, this one had less meat somehow, though it was warm, it was dry & rather flavourless. Maybe the brisket was just bad the day I went, but I won't be going again. The saving grace was honestly the fries, they were generous with the portions. The service was okay, once I had the issue & asked for a new sandwich the waiter ignored us for the rest of our meal.View more
I went in for lunch. The service is excellent, but I ordered the Club Sandwich. The meat was extremely dry & difficult to swallow. The fries were nice & hot & a big portion. The menu is relatively small & the prices are a bit high, but it is the airport. They should have more small plates as the sandwich & fries were a bit too much for me.View more
I had the smoked turkey & bacon sandwich served on Texas toast. $22. At Pork & Pickle in the Montreal intl airport. The smoked turkey was tasty real sliced turkey, not deli meat. But there was only one slice of bacon in the sandwich. & one skimpy leaf of lettuce. A good sandwich should have 2 slices of bacon so you get some in every part of the sandwich, & thick crisp lettuce. Seemed skimpy for $22. There was more bread than filling.View more
Food was mediocre at best. I don't mind paying $25 for a sandwich & fries if the sandwich is good. It was cold & just slapped together with zero presentation. Fries were cold too. The beer was nice though.View more
We got to the airport a little early so wanted to have a sit down meal. The food is enjoyable. Good options for different tastes. We had a club sandwich, veggie burger & fish & chips. The atmosphere is pleasant. Not hectic like many airport restaurants. The waitress was really nice. & great retro music.View more
Made the poor choice of eating here while waiting to catch a flight back to YVR. Brisket sandwich was terrible Pulled pork was edible at best . I know they have a captive audience, being at the airport but seriously 5 bucks for a soft drink Should've listened to my inner voiceView more
