I've been coming here often for years before Covid, as it was the closest pizza 900 to my office. Always great service. Always great pizza. Years past. Office closed. The downtown area is no longer my backyard.
Last night I came back for dinner with a friend & was surprised to see nothing changed. Still the best pizza in town, & the most pleasant surprise, still the same hostess, who greeted us & took care of our needs throughout the evening like she was our own pizza fairy.
I remembered her from years before & finally dared asking her for her name. Claire, she smiled. Well, Claire is just one of a kind. She was the perfect hostess & truly made us feel like VIP. From answering our silly questions to personalizing our pizzas to allowing us to take all time in the world enjoying, when the place was completely packed (we had no reservations) & all that with a very big smile on her face. What a perfect evening. Thank you, Claire !
Enjoyable meal here. Dinner plate sized pizza enough for 1 hungry person or split between two with an app or salad. The cocktail was average but not too expensive. The staff were friendly & helpful with recommendations. Would come back given the opportunity.
En recherche d'une bonne pizza à Montréal nous sommes tombés sur cette adresse avec de très bonne pizza & un service au top ! La pizza à la viande fumée très originale & vaut le détour & à un prix très correct

Unfortunately, the smoked meat pizza we ordered had a crust that was almost completely burnt. When we mentioned this to the server, she apologized & simply said,'It's well done!' However, the crust was nearly black. We still ended up paying for that pizza. We used to love this place but now wouldn't consider that for our future gatherings!

Chaleureux accueil d'Emma, qui a rapidement trouvé une table où nous asseoir à notre aise malgré l'achalandage.
Déco & ambiance tout à fait dans les codes de la franchise, rien à redire. Propre, stylé, efficace. Toujours agréable de pouvoir parler aux pizzaiolo & de voir la cuisine à aire ouverte.
J'ai pris une pizza prosciutto, ma fav. Bien que les ingrédients ne manquent indéniablement pas de qualité, je rejoins certains commentaires sur le goût de la pâte. Idem pour le tiramisu, il était bon, comblant le goût de sucré que je désirais en fin de repas, mais sans expérience transcendante... Dans le fond, cela reste des recettes standardisées de franchise pour plaire au plus grand nombre. C'est cependant un 4.5 étoiles, je suis un peu sévère en matière de pizza ;)

Busy Neapolitan style pizza place. We had a short wait for a table. Interesting flavour mixes. Great staff. The gluten free crust (rice based dough) was delicious. My dinner companions enjoyed the regular, thin crust styled pizzas. Ask for the spicy oil to sprinkle on top if that is your style.
Our visit to Number 900 was nothing short of exceptional, & the main reason was our server, Tyler. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome & taken care of. He struck the perfect balance between professionalism & friendliness - attentive without being overbearing, & genuinely engaging in conversation throughout our meal.
Tyler went above & beyond in so many ways. He gave us a fantastic sangria recommendation that paired beautifully with the pizza, & he checked in several times to ensure we were enjoying both our drinks & our meal. He was quick to refill our waters without us needing to ask, which seems small but really shows how much he cares about his guests. When I needed to find the washroom, he personally walked me there rather than just pointing it out - a thoughtful gesture that really stood out.
What impressed me most was how consistent his attentiveness was. He made sure our pizzas came out just right, & he took the time to ask how everything tasted while making us feel like we weren't just another table to serve, but actual guests whose experience mattered. Both my best friend & I left feeling pleasantly surprised at how much his energy & service enhanced our night.
The pizza itself was excellent, but it's the kind of service Tyler provided that makes me want to come back 1,000 times over. Restaurants can serve great food, but it's rare to find someone who genuinely elevates the whole experience the way Tyler did. Number 900 is lucky to have him, & I'll be recommending both the restaurant & Tyler's service to friends & family.

The food was very good. We were very impressed with the pizza, the cannoli & the tiramisu. The service was also very friendly & efficient. I highly reccomend the classic Margherita.
Had such an amazing experience at this pizza spot! We went with a few different pizzas - Margherita, Burrata, Champignons, & one with pesto sauce - & wow… every single one was so good. You can really taste the quality, & the wood-fired crust was just perfect - light, crispy, & full of flavor.
We also tried both the red & white sangria. Both were really nice, but the white sangria was on another level - super refreshing & so tasty, especially on a warm day.
The place itself has a really nice vibe. We wanted to sit outside, but all the tables were taken (not surprised, it's clearly a popular spot!). Inside was still cozy & welcoming, so no complaints at all.
If you love great wood-fired pizza, delicious drinks, & a chill atmosphere, this place is a must. Definitely coming back!
