The waitress's attitude was disappointing. When our pizza arrived cold, she refused to acknowledge that there was an issue. The pizza was also tough & difficult to chew.

The wait time was very long, & we were told that we apparently needed to let them know if we were in a hurry in order to receive faster service. It also felt as though online orders were being prioritized over customers who were actually sitting in the restaurant.

Overall, the service & food quality made for a disappointing experience.

Shadow of a former selve.
Pizza is cold service is slow. The server didn't allow us to choose a sitting place, then wanted us to assume that ordering pizza will take at least 30 min. When we asked pizzas to go (I waited for 30+ min & only got salad) they rushed my order & brought out undercooked pizza. At least this chain is ruining the reputation it build up over many years. Now it's no longer my git to place for a good pizza in Montreal.

The wood-fired Neapolitan 🍕 was fresh, simple, & tasty. That said, I wouldn't recommend it if you're lactose intolerant-the generous amount of cheese may not agree with everyone. The chilli oil they had was ok; it's more on the sweeter side? Tastes kind of like an oil version of hot honey.

Also, the restaurant was very busy, with a line for both dine-in & takeout, & it was quite loud inside.

Based on recommendations from a few friends, we decided to try this pizzeria before leaving Montreal. The atmosphere is wonderful & the staff are very friendly & polite. However, the pizza unfortunately fell a bit short of our expectations. While the tomato sauce was delicious, the crust was undercooked. Because of this, the dough stuck to our teeth, which was quite disappointing given the $19 price tag. We tried the San Marzano D.O.P. pizza-perhaps other varieties are cooked better, but this was our experience.
