Terrific dough & great sauce!
I recently went back for a classic Margherita.
It's a very solid Neapolitan pizza, but make sure to eat it immediately-the high moisture level means it's best enjoyed piping hot. Definitely a go-to spot if you enjoy this style.
It surpassed all expectations. NOT another pizza place! 2 reasons. The oven. The sauce. Neither you can reproduce at home. & our waiter Marco was quick, friendly, thoughtful, & funny!
La pizza est correct mais loin d'être la meilleure. La pâte est mince & très bonne mais manque de sauce & de garniture.

Je vous écris aujourd'hui, non pas comme client, mais comme victime suite à mon voyage dans la grande ville.
Tous mes amis ont commandé la pizza saucisses italiennes douces. C'était la joie, la fête, une orgie gustative. Pendant ce temps-là, moi, j'ai voulu me prendre pour un gars du Plateau & j'ai commandé la Prosciutto.
Viandes bio de Charlevoix, huile d'olive extra vierge, grana padano, origan sicilien, fior di latte, tomates cerises, roquette... Ça sonnait comme une déclaration d'amour.
Mais voilà : Pas. De. Sauce. Tomate.
Je ne parle pas ici d'un léger manque. Non. Je parle d'un désert. Une sécheresse gustative. Une croûte aride. Une râpe à fromage farinée. Sèche comme notre offensive au Complexe Multi-Sports de Laval. J'y ai même versé les larmes de colère de Gamache sur ma pizza pour l'attendrir, sans succès.
Oui, c'est dans la section pizzas blanches. JE SAIS LIRE. Tout le monde a compris, mais pas moi. Ils m'ont humilié.
Vous auriez pu le mentionner clairement, il me semble. Parce que, voyez-vous, je ne lis pas vos menus comme un érudit italien. Je n'ai rien de Leonardo da Vinci.
Je propose que vous indiquiez non seulement les ingrédients présents, mais aussi ceux absents. C'est beau écrire ce qui est inclus, mais comment savoir ce qui n'est pas inclus. Me semble que c'est pas trop demandé.'Pas de sauce tomate'.

Super bon service, terrible pizza , très sec, pas sur qui a penser qu'une pizza sans sauce étais une bonne idée. Très décevant
The sauce was a bit too sour & the bacon (in the Caesar salad) is very weird looking... almost like a paste. Other than that, fresh pizza & very nice dough. Great price for lunch menu.
Le restaurant est bien situé belle vue sur la place centropolis l'ambiance était bonne Mais le service était long avant d'être reconnu & servie. La nourriture était correcte les aliments frais & de qualité mais les quantités étaient faible manque de sauce,de garniture,de gout,de légèreté dans la pâte a pizza car la carte est fonder au tours de la pizza alors une pizza a 20$ on s'attend a avoir une bonne portion qui remplis,malheureusement je suis sortie du restaurant en ayant encore faim mais j'ai passé un bon moment avec ma famille.
Was there on Tuesday place wasn't full but they insisted on sitting is us on a very small table wasn't very comfortable even if larger table were available....& it was already pretty late First ordered the Cesar salad ....:( that salad was worst salad I ever had !!! No crouton ( it's a pizzeria make your own with dough at the very minimum ) fake bacon bits I mean cmon ...it's 2024 & barely any cheese at arround 9 $ that was high way Robbery It tasted like nothing I mean don't call it a Cesar if it ain't one!! Than came the pizza Clearly the oven wasn't hot enough dough was saggy & tasted raw almost didn't have tha char that comes from a 900 oven the cheese wasn't even melted onntop of the pizza My friend ordered the Margeritta & I ordered the antica honestly there was no difference what's so ever !!!! They charged me for 4$ more but they were the same exact pizza I was supposed to get different sauce & if I recall Fiore di latte & burratta but nothing of that was in it it loooked & rated exactly the same as the Marguerita my friend orders We did a swap & was the same all Around.... That's a shame Service was correct wine was good That's a no repeat for me ...much better choice out there for a napolitana style Pizza ! Sorry !!
Very good pie, it's in the top 3 in Laval for me. The crust is very light & flaky, however, the pie was undercooked. The middle was soft with a massive amount of flop, I couldn't even pick up a slice without the toppings falling off. Even though the pie came out undercooked & could have stayed in the oven longer, it still had a nice char. The sauce is nice, with great tang. There's a good amount of toppings; they don't go over the top, it's just the right amount. Overall, a very good pie. I give it an 8.6. That's a review.
Had the polpette entree for lunch, they were good but just not worth it. Was expecting actual meatballs, received 5 pieces of sausage in a tomato sauce. It was good & the tomato sauce was tasty, but it was not polpette.

Serveurs très professionels & important, avec un sourire,le nôtre & ceux autour de nous.
Sans oublié de mentionner votre sauce avec tomates Umberto est incontestement la meilleur .Génial d'utiliser cette tomate de la côte Amalfitaine.

Pizza I had had no sauce, drinks came after the pizza was served, I said to my wife 0/10 for the taste.. pizza was cool warm not hot. I did have higher expectations..
The food was good. The saucisse italienne douce was good & flavourful, but maybe a bit too much sauce so the pizza was very soft in the middle. The mushroom pizza had quite a few spots that were just dough & no toppings so it was kind of dry. The service was really good, our waitress would pass by often & it never took a long time for someone to visit our table.

Pizza dough was soggy & cold. Ingredients were mediocre, not at all good quality & the sauce had no flavour.

La première pizza que j'ai eu goûtait la vieille guenille & le swing ( sauce blanche tomates & champignons) mais la serveuse a été super aimable & m'a échanger contre une autre qui était vraiment meilleure !

Was left a bit disappointed knowing its the only certified authentic italian pizza in quebec.
Pizza was very good. Definetly missed sauce but dough was amazing & the flavours were present. Our meatballs were so small i had to search in tomatoe sauce to find them.
They were very flavourful but somehow rubbish.
Finally , waiter charged us a drink too much & reimbursed us without tip & taxes wich is unacceptable.
Very cute place but i wouldnt go back

All our pizzas with tomato sauce were extremely salty.
Even after telling them, nothing was done to accommodate my family.

I ordered a rice dough pizza & it tasted very good but I had to ask for it to be cooked well because of not it was going to be kinda soggy.
That's what happened with my friends pizza, he ordered a regular tomato sauce pizza & when they brought it to our table it didn't look very appetizing.
It was falling apart & the dough still looked raw.
Either they put too much sauce is what I think because even when we asked them to cook it abit longer , they just ended up burning the pizza & still charged him for it even tho he didn't eat it

Good quality food - pizza dough amazing but my porcini pizza had not enough mushrooms on it. My arancini could of used a small amount of sauce accompanying the dish.
