My girlfriend & I visited the Laval location today, May 18th, around 6:00 PM, & we ended up walking out due to the completely unprofessional & cold treatment we received.
Upon entering, we stood waiting for 5 minutes. Multiple staff members passed by, & not a single person acknowledged us or even made eye contact. When we finally spoke up to let them know we were waiting, a young male host reacted with complete indifference-no smile, no greeting, just an incredibly cold attitude.
To make matters worse, despite the restaurant having plenty of empty tables, he rigidly refused to let us sit where we wanted. The complete lack of hospitality & the hostile vibe made us feel incredibly unwelcome, so we decided to leave immediately.
This is a very poor way to manage a front door & treat paying customers. First impressions matter, & the staff working this evening completely failed. We will not be returning.

Service vraiment médiocre & une attitude complètement non accueillante. À notre arrivée, on nous demande si nous avons une réservation alors que le restaurant était complètement vide. Malgré cela, on ne nous a même pas laissé choisir notre table.
C'est la deuxième mauvaise expérience consécutive, & clairement la dernière. Une place à éviter, surtout quand il existe tellement d'autres succursales ou pizzerias où le service client est pris au sérieux.
I recently ordered from Pizza 900 at Centropolis via DoorDash, & it was an excellent experience!
The pizza arrived hot & fresh, with perfectly cooked crust, generous toppings, & a great balance of flavors. Everything tasted just as good as if we had dined in.
The restaurant is clean & well-organized, & it's clear they take care to prepare everything with quality ingredients. Even though I ordered delivery, the food exceeded my expectations.
Overall, Pizza 900 is a great spot in Laval for pizza lovers, whether dining in, taking out, or ordering delivery. I highly recommend them!
Update 26Apr2026: I ordered 3 margarita pizzas & a Smoked Meat pizza. The smoke meat pizza was good but the margarita was average, not well crafted. Some section of the pizzas were burned. So overall, not worth the price. You basically pay for the dough which cost nothing. The rest of the ingredients are distributed in very small amount so I don't recommend to order from this place since it is not balanced in term of quality/price + the dough is not crispy at delivery.
Server accommodated our seating as my daughter was not able to reach high chairs...we had a reservation...maybe next time they can ask if that kind of seating is ok when reservation actually made.
Server Sonya was amazing, very efficient & friendly...as well as others who served us.
Food was good but the basilic sour was definitely overpriced...& for that thin a pizza some of them also were overpriced...max $20 is acceptable. Salads were tasty.
Overall the dinner,atmosphere were great!

It's a very solid Neapolitan pizza, but make sure to eat it immediately-the high moisture level means it's best enjoyed piping hot. Definitely a go-to spot if you enjoy this style.
1ère visite à la succursale de Laval jeudi soir dernier. Toujours une excellente pizza, produits de qualité, un régal ! & que dire de l'excellent service de la part de Marc-Olivier, un jeune homme serviable & avec une attitude que tout propriétaire de commerce souhaite avoir dans sa brigade! Très beau & bon moment & surtout, à refaire bientôt!
I went there about 2 weeks ago & I still think about it! it was the best pizza I have ever had in a very long time. It tastes just like Italy & it brought so many memories. I had the four cheese pizza & the flavor of the cheeses blended so well together. Thank you for the amazing experience. The atmosphere is also very cozy & the restaurant is cute & pretty

Bravo pour votre prix Nous avons adoré la Marinara- la Capricciosa & la Pancetta & figues. Le service est l'ambiance était extra & la la super salade roquette & citron un vrai régal
It surpassed all expectations. NOT another pizza place! 2 reasons. The oven. The sauce. Neither you can reproduce at home. & our waiter Marco was quick, friendly, thoughtful, & funny!
Great restaurant even greater waiter. He was managing the whole upstairs with such a great attitude making sure that everyone was happy & ok! Thank you marco for everything keep up the good work
