C'est de loin la meilleure pizza que j'ai jamais mangée ! La pâte était parfaite; moelleuse à l'intérieur avec une croûte très croustillante , ça lui donne une texture qui rappellent le sour dough. Les garnitures étaient spectaculaires & le ratio sauce/garniture était excellente ,chaque bouchée était spectacular. Sans aucun doute , c'est la meilleure pizzeria de Laval & de Montréal. ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?
Pizza mince, peu garni avec entrées minuscules. La pizza est bonne, le goût est bon. Le hic c'est le peu de garnitures! J'ai choisi la Charlevois, tit peu de panceta, quelques tâches de fromage, une languette d'oignon coupé en 3. Tous ça sur un soupçon de sauce tomates. Nous sommes très loin des portions généreuse servis en Italie. Entrée de Caponetta: Petites portions d'aubergines avec pain pizza, tress ordinaire. Ma conjointe a choisi une salade césar, toute petite, pas fraiche avec les bouts rouillés. Service lent. Bref, à éviter à moins d'etre au régime sévère.

It surpassed all expectations. NOT another pizza place! 2 reasons. The oven. The sauce. Neither you can reproduce at home. & our waiter Marco was quick, friendly, thoughtful, & funny!

Tous mes amis ont commandé la pizza saucisses italiennes douces. C'était la joie, la fête, une orgie gustative. Pendant ce temps-là, moi, j'ai voulu me prendre pour un gars du Plateau & j'ai commandé la Prosciutto.
Viandes bio de Charlevoix, huile d'olive extra vierge, grana padano, origan sicilien, fior di latte, tomates cerises, roquette... Ça sonnait comme une déclaration d'amour.
Mais voilà : Pas. De. Sauce. Tomate.
Je ne parle pas ici d'un léger manque. Non. Je parle d'un désert. Une sécheresse gustative. Une croûte aride. Une râpe à fromage farinée. Sèche comme notre offensive au Complexe Multi-Sports de Laval. J'y ai même versé les larmes de colère de Gamache sur ma pizza pour l'attendrir, sans succès.

The sauce was a bit too sour & the bacon (in the Caesar salad) is very weird looking... almost like a paste. Other than that, fresh pizza & very nice dough. Great price for lunch menu.
Le restaurant est bien situé belle vue sur la place centropolis l'ambiance était bonne Mais le service était long avant d'être reconnu & servie. La nourriture était correcte les aliments frais & de qualité mais les quantités étaient faible manque de sauce,de garniture,de gout,de légèreté dans la pâte a pizza car la carte est fonder au tours de la pizza alors une pizza a 20$ on s'attend a avoir une bonne portion qui remplis,malheureusement je suis sortie du restaurant en ayant encore faim mais j'ai passé un bon moment avec ma famille.
Was there on Tuesday place wasn't full but they insisted on sitting is us on a very small table wasn't very comfortable even if larger table were available....& it was already pretty late First ordered the Cesar salad ....:( that salad was worst salad I ever had !!! No crouton ( it's a pizzeria make your own with dough at the very minimum ) fake bacon bits I mean cmon ...it's 2024 & barely any cheese at arround 9 $ that was high way Robbery It tasted like nothing I mean don't call it a Cesar if it ain't one!! Than came the pizza Clearly the oven wasn't hot enough dough was saggy & tasted raw almost didn't have tha char that comes from a 900 oven the cheese wasn't even melted onntop of the pizza My friend ordered the Margeritta & I ordered the antica honestly there was no difference what's so ever !!!! They charged me for 4$ more but they were the same exact pizza I was supposed to get different sauce & if I recall Fiore di latte & burratta but nothing of that was in it it loooked & rated exactly the same as the Marguerita my friend orders We did a swap & was the same all Around.... That's a shame Service was correct wine was good That's a no repeat for me ...much better choice out there for a napolitana style Pizza ! Sorry !!
