Nous avons commandé x4 pizzas sur leur site. Leur livreur ont laissé les pizzas a l'extérieur devant la porte de la maison, sans sonner ou nous avertir, en pleine pluie!! Les 4 pizza 🍕 pleines d'eau & au poubelle!!!!

Amazing pizzeria! The pizza tastes very good, & the staff are very professional & friendly. The team is young, respectful, & provides excellent service.
Be aware of this place's poor management practices:
Ordered as advertised 1 for 2 pizzas, came to pick it up, they refused to provide the second pizza because DoorDash advertised it wrong. Spoke to the manager explaining that I have to call DoorDash & deal with them because it is'DoorDash's fault & not Pizza Bros.'Where did you order it from? Our website or the DoorDash ?' I was asked.
Why a client should care where the food from your establishment is ordered from? I am coming to your place of business to pick it up & expect to receive the order I placed. DoorDash is just a medium for a business to place orders & it was chosen by your business in the first place.
Good manager would fulfill my order & deal himself with the DoorDash to correct the'wrong advertisement' & would not punish or create bad'aftertaste' with his clientele that are actually the ones that are paying for the services....
Very disappointed. Food is ok but significantly overpriced for 11' pizza. Not coming back.
Delicious pizza! We always order from here, best thin crust pizza! Went into the location today, customer service was amazing, super friendly & welcoming environment! 10/10

Fast & quick.
They cook the pizzas under super high heat while still keeping the quality thin crust & taste. Marjority of the times I go there, I'd witness them cleaning the station & restaurant. Which is reassuring to see that they take safety measures seriously as well.
Seems a new pizza shop in my neighborhood so we tried it today. Overall no complain but no wow either considering their price premium we paid.
One more observation, they do not have small medium large & extra large category. Simply 11 inch pizza. For increasing business scope they need to consider it.
The pizza is really good. Where most chain pizza shops are reducing quality, Bros isn't. You can pick up a pizza, take it home & the cheese is still gooey, where most chains, the cheese becomes hard. Bros has great thin crust pizzas. Would love to see them try a traditional (thicker) crust as an option. Well done!

Nice Italian pizza. The bread is Soo good. We got the sainte jean & Calabria. They were both good. The sainte jean was a little salty for my taste, but Calabria was absolutely great.
I order at pizza bros in Kirkland almost every second week or more. Had a couple orders messed up before but this time I ordered a margarita Pizza & another pizza with basil as well. ($65.53) A margarita pizza is tomato sauce, cheese & BASIL. I usually add a few things like peppers & onions & on this particular order, I asked for extra basil. But a normal margarita without the basil is called tomato sauce & cheese. Long story short, the 2 pizzas arrived with no basil whatsoever, so I called them to clarify. The answer was'thanks for letting us know, have a good evening'. I asked if that was it? If I was going to get reimbursed? No big deal it's about $4.50 but its more for the fact that I didnt enjoy the tomato sauce & cheese pizza...Its all in the basil. SO, the guy told me'wait, I'll call you back' but he never did. Thats even more frustrating. I had Amir's owner himself deliver me a new meal because they had messed up my order & it took him 15 min to get to my door. This is what you dont see in 2025 anymore. Instead you pay for something you don't want & you get flushed like if it never happened. Pizza bros Kirkland, you dissapoint me & you have lost a steady customer.
