Tout d'abord, il nous a été impossible de nous faire servir en français. Notre serveuse ne comprenait pas nos questions (ex:'Combien de pancakes y a-t-il dans l'assiette ?' Elle répond'c'est servi avec beurre' Ex:'Nous avions demandé 2 assiettes de pancakes', le serveur nous apporte une assiette vide pour partager). Il y a eu des erreurs dans nos commandes, ainsi certains d'entre nous ont mangé en décalé & froid.
Concernant la qualité de la nourriture.... Le prix est élevé pour ce que c'est, mais pas anormal pour un resto au coeur de Mtl. Toutefois, j'ai pris un bénédictine & on m'a servi deux oeufs pochés (un peu trop cuits d'ailleurs) sur 3 asperges, avec juste du beurre & une toute petite salade de concombre. La fraîcheur était adéquate, mais clairement, ce n'est pas un marketing adéquat pour deux oeufs pochés avec légumes.
Le service laisse grandement à désirer. Les tables ne semblent pas attribuées à des serveurs spécifiques. Ils tournent en rond sur eux-mêmes, ce n'est jamais la même personne qui vient vous voir & lorsqu'on apostrophe quelqu'un pour l'addition par exemple (en anglais, parce que sinon ce n'est pas compris), personne ne revient parce que l'équipe ne se parle pas entre elle.
Bref, il y a une foule de bons petits restos ailleurs, je vous suggère de passer votre tour pour le Pigeon, malheureusement.
I ordered one cup of latte & one brownie, took over 25 minutes to deliver. I arrived around 3:50 pm Monday only fewer people. It seemed only one waiter & one person inside the bar. The coffee is normal taste also the brownie. Not recommended.

Very cute cafe but i wouldn't recommend the steak & egg. It was a really cheap & bad
cut of meat for 35$ (20$ above other items on the menu so go for the rest!)
I wen to the pigeon to organize an event with the Lycee Francais Alumni. The decor of the place is cute, with a beautiful tree in the middle.
The service was great & the place is centrally located. I definitely recommend it!
Recently had a great time at Pigeon Cafe. The atmosphere was wonderful, We had a great server, Yaakov who was friendly, & made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Pigeon Cafe, & if you have the pleasure of being served by Yaakov, you will enjoy your time there!
I came to Pigeo Cafe after a class & i was treated very good. Jai sat me down super quick with a smile. Adrian served me recommended some nice plates & served me super fast. Great customer service. Lovely atmosphere, overall great experience. I am definitely coming more often!

Le pigeon café est un endroit où nous adorons aller. Luciano & JJ offrent un service impeccable, sont très accueillants, professionnels & souriants. Les cafés & smoothies sont excellents. Je recommande vivement. Merci !

Stopped by for a quick brunch before heading back to uni, & I was pleasantly surprised by the food. My friend & I shared the croissant sandwich & the eggs Benedict. The croissant was phenomenal-crispy, buttery, & filled with perfectly balanced ingredients. Special mention to the salami, which was incredibly flavorful. The eggs Benedict were spot-on, cooked to perfection, though I found it a bit disappointing that they were served on such a large plate without a side (a small salad would have made the presentation feel less empty).
The iced lattes also hit the spot-I'm a big fan of their maple latte & usually grab one to go. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this café if you're near McGill & looking for a quick, satisfying bite!
i love love LOVEEE this cafe! it's sooooo aesthetiiiiiiccc & i always come in to get a quick sip of matcha because they make some amazing matcha over there. maria, the barista ( the matcha master ) always makes the bestttt & yummiest cups ever & im literally craving one rn 😩😩 1000/10 recommend
i've been here a couple of times & the food & coffee are EXCELLENT. Maria the barista always crafts my vanilla lattes to perfection. i will DEFINITELY be coming back. 10/10 recommend!

LOVE THIS PLACE! The atmosphere, the food, the music, the drinks… so good! I've been a few times & have never been disappointed by this place. At first I was very confused but the barista with the red hair (maria i believe) but she was so helpful & made me the BEST caramel latte i've had in montreal. 10/10 would recommend!
A Hidden Gem in Downtown Montreal! Pigeon Café on McGill College is a fantastic spot in the heart of downtown. With its stylish decor, friendly staff, & diverse menu, it's a place worth checking out. I've visited twice-once when it had just opened, enjoying its lovely summer terrace, & again on January 26th 2025, when I tried a delicious slice of Antoine's apple pie. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend stopping by & discovering it for yourself!

J'ai voyagé depuis l'Europe jusqu'au Canada & j'ai eu le plaisir de découvrir & savourer les tartes aux pommes vendu sur place par Antoine de "chez Mima" ! Ces tartes ont un goût unique & chaleureux ! Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui passent par ce café de goûter les pâtisserie d'Antoine !
Petites pâtisseries incroyables! Chez Mima m'a fait me sentir comme à la maison, tant par l'atmosphère que par le goût! Une très grosse recommandation à quiconque a la possibilité d'y goûter (locaux ou voyageurs). Je me réjouis de renouveller l'expérience!
