I came to Montreal for two weeks & this restaurant was conveniently located near me, so I ended up coming quite often for a quick snack or lunch. The food is actually quite good, but unfortunately the service is consistently horrible.

Since I visited so often, the small things really started to add up. One time, the restaurant was half empty & the hostess still took around 10 minutes to seat us while we waited outside, with an extremely unpleasant attitude. I thanked her & she completely ignored me & walked away.

Simple requests were also constantly forgotten or extremely delayed. I would order the tomato soup with croutons (that's an option on the menu), & the croutons would often arrive 15 minutes later after several reminders. Bread could take 20 minutes, & even a ready-made dessert would take 20+ minutes & multiple reminders.

I almost never write reviews, but after experiencing this repeatedly over two weeks, I felt it was worth mentioning. Good food, but the service really needs improvement.

We loved the ambience & enjoyed our brunch. Not loud at all food was also delicious with prompt service. Had French toast & smoked salmon both good.

Never got to the food or the'worst coffee in the world,' ;service is truly the worst service in the world.' We stood at the door while an employee sat texting on her phone & the bar with no acknowledgment- even as I spoke & eventually shouted to her. Go to Olympico. It's all best!

One of the coolest breakfast spots , very close to the university. Food food & a lounge vibe. You will not be disappointed. Big portions & tastes exquisite. We came here 3 times nothing topped it
