Great food & atmosphere with exceptional service! Ally was literally the nicest server ive ever had. I've never felt more welcomed in a resto before haha.
This is my girlfriends favorite place, it has the best service, tasty food & we love how it becomes more romantic at night time. I would like to thank the manager Lily cause she always gives a great service.

I've been to Pigeon twice now & the service & food has been great ☺? Once for breakfast & the other for dinner 👌🏼 Our waitress, Ally, was incrediblyyy sweet, super friendly, & accommodating with everyone at our table. Thank you Ally & Pigeon! 🖤
This is getting worse & worse. I used to order the Fattouche salad & it was great a few years ago. Yesterday I ordered the same salad & they're getting worse: the salad had no taste & they filled it up with totopos, with a lot of totopos. No taste, the dressing was not even there & the veggies combo are not worth the price. Pigeon cafe used to be good like 5 years ago. Now it is decadent café.
I was extremely disappointed, & I can honestly say that today was the worst experience I've had here.
I used to come to this café regularly, either by myself or with friends & family, especially when the previous manager was here. Unfortunately, over the past few visits & especially today the decline in both the quality of the service & the attitude of the staff has made me decide not to come back.
To start with, my order was charged incorrectly. When I politely asked for an explanation, I was simply told that nothing could be done & that they could'make it up to me next time.' As you can probably guess, there won't be a next time.
On top of that, the employees were standing around talking to each other while customers waited. We had to wait quite a while before someone finally came in from outside to take our order, & even then it was entered incorrectly.
The barista also made our drinks wrong. One of the mistakes was incredibly obvious-the hot & cold drinks were mixed up. When we politely asked for the order to be corrected, the response was rude, although the drink was eventually remade.
For such a small order, we ended up standing there for 18 minutes.
The most frustrating part is that this wasn't an isolated incident. The last several times I've visited, there has been a different problem every single time.
I can no longer recommend this café. If you had asked me a while ago, I would have recommended it without hesitation. Sadly, that's no longer the case. It's sad for such a good cafe to lose clients like that.
Had a great experience at Pigeon Café on Monkland! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, & the service really made the visit stand out. Our waiter, Ally, was incredibly friendly, attentive, & made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She checked in at all the right times without ever being overbearing & had great recommendations. We'll definitely be back!
The food here is absolutely great, & everyone working is so nice! I had Ally as my server & she was excellent-super attentive & friendly. Great vibes all around, will definitely be back!
