I brought my two kids to Pigeon Cafe on Monkland on a Thursday morning. We were immediately greeted & seated. Our server, Ally, was great, especially with my two boys. Overall, great food, vibes & service!
Came to Pigeon café tonight with my friends & it was a really enjoyable. I loved the environnement, the staff was great & our night was really fun. Juan Camilo & Ally really went above & beyond for us & we really really appreciate it.

This is getting worse & worse. I used to order the Fattouche salad & it was great a few years ago. Yesterday I ordered the same salad & they're getting worse: the salad had no taste & they filled it up with totopos, with a lot of totopos. No taste, the dressing was not even there & the veggies combo are not worth the price. Pigeon cafe used to be good like 5 years ago. Now it is decadent café.
I was extremely disappointed, & I can honestly say that today was the worst experience I've had here.
I used to come to this café regularly, either by myself or with friends & family, especially when the previous manager was here. Unfortunately, over the past few visits & especially today the decline in both the quality of the service & the attitude of the staff has made me decide not to come back.
To start with, my order was charged incorrectly. When I politely asked for an explanation, I was simply told that nothing could be done & that they could'make it up to me next time.' As you can probably guess, there won't be a next time.
On top of that, the employees were standing around talking to each other while customers waited. We had to wait quite a while before someone finally came in from outside to take our order, & even then it was entered incorrectly.
The barista also made our drinks wrong. One of the mistakes was incredibly obvious-the hot & cold drinks were mixed up. When we politely asked for the order to be corrected, the response was rude, although the drink was eventually remade.
For such a small order, we ended up standing there for 18 minutes.
The most frustrating part is that this wasn't an isolated incident. The last several times I've visited, there has been a different problem every single time.
I can no longer recommend this café. If you had asked me a while ago, I would have recommended it without hesitation. Sadly, that's no longer the case. It's sad for such a good cafe to lose clients like that.

Our waiter, Ally, was incredibly friendly, attentive, & made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She checked in at all the right times without ever being overbearing & had great recommendations. We'll definitely be back!
I had such a great experience at Pigeon Café on Monkland! The blueberry pancakes were absolutely amazing! They paired perfectly with the vanilla latte, which was one of the best I've had.
A special thank you to Ally for the excellent service! She recommended the blueberry pancakes, & I'm so glad I took her suggestion. She was friendly, attentive, & provided incredibly fast service, making it a wonderful experience.

My boyfriend & I came to Pigeon Café on Friday night & had an amazing experience. We were served by Nathalie, our waitress, & Camilo, the manager, & both provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, & made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.
The burgers & fries were absolutely excellent-fresh, flavorful, & cooked perfectly. To top it all off, they surprised us with complimentary shots, which was such a thoughtful & appreciated gesture.
Overall, the food, service, & atmosphere were all fantastic. A huge thank you to Nathalie & Camilo for making our night so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back & highly recommend Pigeon Café to anyone looking for a great dining experience!
