10/10 - La soupe Pho au boeuf saignant était excellente, sans oublier le repas principal qui était le nid d'oiseau au poulet qui était incroyablement bon!

Soupe pho en entrée & poulet Général Tao funky/spicy comme plat principal. Je voulais que le chef s'amuse & me donne quelque chose de différent. C'est réussi! Joli présentation de plat d'ailleurs. Ça met en appétit!
La soupe était aromatique & savoureuse. Solide. Le Général Tao était vraiment bon aussi. Poulet croquant & délicieux nappé d'une sauce un peu trop sucré à mon goût mais bien épicé & relevé, tel que demandé. Bien content de mon repas!Voir plus

Firstly let me start by saying the staff was nice but I have to be critical anout the bathroom. As a restaurant & a moderate establishment you need to have your bathroom well cleaned. It was disgusting. One of the worst bathrooms I have been too. Salt rocks, pee stains, dirt under the seat. A complete mess. The food was okay. Their pho was not bad but not the best. Great hidden spot in the heart of Villeray, steps from Jarry metro. A local favorite because of their consistent food quality & service. Go for any of the Pho's or General Tao & you will not be disappointed. Even the small appetizer portion of the soup makes for a great lunch!Voir plus

I ordered the classic phò with beef balls, the broth was super tasty & the noodle well cooked, sadly the beef balls weren't very good. Service was fast & efficient & the atmosphere is on theme with Vietnamese foods. I recommend trying if you're in the area, they have a wide menu with different varieties of dishes.Voir plus

Excellent food & service! We visited this restaurant 2 times during our 5 day stay in Montreal. The pho is very tasty. The broth has a deep luxurious taste. The beef bahn mi is really tasty. Pho Bep is a new Pho place that I just discovered. Here is my full opinion about it. Came here on a Tuesday at around 1:00PM. We ordered two phos one beef & one meatball & two spring rolls 2x with chicken. Pro: A) The broth was good & hot. It was too salty not too bitter. B) The Noodles were sufficient & enough. C) The beef balls Were good & delicious. D) The Spring rolls were good & delicious as well. With the peanut sauce it's just as good. F) The young girl that served us was good in Vietnamese, English & French. H) Service is decent when not busy. I) They have tons of options including poutine & rice plates. Cons: A) A little bit overpriced for my budget. B) There were no bean sprouts, Chilis & Lime with the pho which should be added as a side dish. C) Not enough green onions & white onions & beef balls there should be at least 20 but around 15. D) The restaurant is small so I could imagine on a busy night where people are gonna sit. Or do they just wait for a table? E) The service is alright but we need more employees & communication also people need to store their plates when finish rather than picking it up. All in all this restaurant is decent. I love that they have fusion dishes as well. Again the pho needs to have side dishes & they need to improve on communication have more employees & also more seating maybe. I hope to comeback & try it again sometime in the near future.Voir plus
