Pho Anh only sells delicious food with traditional Vietnamese flavor. Originating from a small Nam Vang Hu Tieu restaurant at 94 Nguyen Tri Phuong, Saigon, Vietnam, which was started in 1982 by a Cambodian refugee Pol Pot family. Pho Anh proudly sells only famous pure Vietnamese dishes with distinctive flavours, original display. Pho Anh first opened its doors to Canadian diners in August 2014 in Vaughan, Ontario. The perfect combination of unique Vietnamese cooking art in a cozy and clean space has allowed Pho Anh to gain the wide trust of the majority of diners.

This place came highly recommended by my son who lives across the street as well as two complete strangers we met at a pub a few doors down. It would've been easy to miss as it's on a lower level on the busy street of St. Denis but it should not be overlooked. The service was excellent, so much pride in the food & space. We had a selection of dishes, all which were so delicious & fresh. The beef salad appetizer, which I almost forgot to order then I remembered that the strangers at the pub raved about, did not disappoint. I could've eaten buckets of it. Every bite was fragrant & flavourful. The owner even came over to tell us it was his own creation so not available anywhere else. Every time I come back here I will order it without fail. Loved everything about this hidden gem. Sorry no photos...we were too excited to eat!View more

Quiet little Vietnamese place serving absolutely the BEST PHO EVER. I usually love the beef broth but the owner convinced me to try the chicken broth special they have going on right now. It is light, full of flavour & I honestly did not want to stop eating. I have no pics since the food was devoured the minute it came to my table. Will definitely be going back. Also a new winter favourite now.View more

The owner / cook was very proud of his pho broth, & for good reason! He made sure to check in with us & let us know that we were having the "real pho, so no bean sprouts, etc." & came again later on to ask how it was. Our answer: delicious! We also enjoyed the I highly recommend this place dessert, which reminded me a lot of Filipino halo-halo. Service was great, & the food was served fast. Would come here again.View more

Owner onsite & makes the food. His Pho is made over 3 days with just beef broth no chemicals or msg. We absolutely loved it. They also have pickled garlic that was outstanding you can add to it. I finished with a mango smoothie. I wish we found this one sooner.View more

Unbelievable Pho!! The amount of work the chef puts into the execution of the food & its quality shows!! Such a wild blend of flavors & textures that compliment each other so perfectly. This has to be my favourite restaurant ever. The chef always comes to talk to you to reel you about the dish & how to eat it. It is the perfect balance between feeling like you having dinner at a friends house & having a fine dining experience. You can tell that a great amount of care was put in to their dishes. Put simply their vegetarian pho was the probably the best dinner I have ever had. I would highly recommend this amazing place!!View more

Ahn (owner) was great! So kind & friendly & showed us the best ways to enjoy the authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The food was an excellent price & even more excellent quality!
