Needed a quick bite at the mall, pleasantly surprised by enjoying one the best dishes I've had all year. The oxtail was packed with flavour, super filling, & easy to share.

C'est plus du poulet c'est de la caille les portions sont rendues minuscules. Dommage parce que le goût est délicieux.

J'ai pris la soupe joumou … j'en ai mangé souvent, mais celle-ci était exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement d'ajouter la petite joumou au plat principal, ou de choisir la grande comme repas. Wow. CLEARED THÉ BOWL.

J'ai commandé un griot de porc dans ce restaurant : l'assette était fade & le porc sec. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant !
Aussi, le service client laisse à désirer.

J'ai commandé un poulet jerk, mais j'ai reçu un poulet frit. Ça n'avait absolument pas le goût du poulet jerk…
Le service était médiocre : la serveuse n'était pas avenante & j'avais l'impression de l'embêter avec ma commande.
Bref, je ne recommande pas ce restaurant au Time Out.

I ordered L'Haitien. I've never eaten Haitian food before (I'm from Australia) & I was delighted by the dish. The delicious pork came with rice & beans, a spicy coleslaw, & other delicious accoutrements that I didn't recognise. The service is not particularly friendly, as others have mentioned, but it's a food court & the food came out quickly. Yum yum yum!

I already adore Haitian food, so I had high hopes for this place & thankfully, I wasn't disappointed. The griot was so flavourful & the rice was delicious.
Chef Paul Toussaint is definitely a must go if you're in downtown Montreal.

Cetait bon dans l'ensemble. Le plat est d'une bonne proportion. Jai pris rix & poulet mais banane plantain non sucré?
& dame a la caisse fatigué, meme pas un sourire. On dirait quon la derange lors de la commande...

I was so excited to try this place but the excitement was short lived . I pay 25$ with taxes for an oxtail plate , I got exactly 4 pieces 1 of which was all fat . The flavour lacking . The jerk chicken was just chicken put on the grill. The staff wasn't helpful nor pleasant . I really wanted to like it but I was very disappointed.

Les plats sont bons, mais pour vrai faut pas avoir tres faim pour manger la- bas. 25$ un plat & sans exagérer, y'a pas grand chose dans l'assiette. Leur portions sont RIDICULEMENT PETITS. D'autres restos au time out sont plus généreux pour un prix similaire j'ai l'impression. Sinon y'a d'autres restaurants haïtiens qui sont encore mieux pour BEAUCOUP MOINS chere. Dommage…
